• Plan and execute technical production of internal and external company meetings ranging
from live audiences of 20-1000, as well as, RTMP live stream broadcast meetings to a global
organization, while working with multiple departments and vendors ensure event
successful events.
• Solely responsible for the recording, editing, and production of quarterly Investor Relations
earnings calls with highest level executives.
• Troubleshoot various technical issues including network, telecom (CUCM 10.5), end-user,
and conference room related issues, all in a Cisco environment.
• Budget, design, and deploy Cisco video conferencing technology used in offices globally.
• Lead role in annual budget, forecasting, planning/integration of new technologies.
• Manage Cisco video dial plan (SIP/H323) and global infrastructure including Jabber, 2
VCSCs, 2 VCSEs, MCU (bridge management).
• Interfacing with vendors including Cisco, VER, CDW, Fuze, AVI/SPL.
• Currently involved in vendor selection to provide a cloud based digital signage solution to a
