Looking back at their preliminary task, the group learned several lessons that improved their main project. They improved their camerawork by keeping shots still and limiting shots to only what was necessary. Their timing was rushed on the preliminary task, so for the main task they planned better and were less rushed. Their editing skills and knowledge of the software were limited initially, but improved for the main task, resulting in higher quality. They also learned to include more effects like titles to make the main task feel more film-like, going beyond what they included in the preliminary task.
