This document discusses using a driver diagram to increase the percentage of students, alumni, and faculty across institutions working on problems of practice (PoPs) in neglected impact communities (NICs). The driver diagram will outline what they are trying to accomplish, how they will measure any improvements, and potential changes that could lead to improvements. Their aim is to increase the percentage working on PoPs in NICs from a starting percentage to a higher percentage by a certain date.
