This document summarizes a charity project held by CNBLUE fanbases in Indonesia for Jung Yong Hwa and Kang Min Hyuk's birthdays. Donations were collected from May 28 - June 30, 2013 totaling IDR 4,875,523 from international and Indonesian fans. The funds supported a child sponsorship program for 2 years and a school supplies donation program. A boy named Abdul Sahil was sponsored for IDR 150,000 per month for education. Around 1,000 children received school supplies. The donations were distributed on July 4, 2013 to World Vision Indonesia and the fanbases received an appreciation certificate.

I. Brief Summary
As a part of CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa’s and Kang Min Hyuk’s birthday celebration, @CNB_Yonghwa_ID and
@CNB_Minhyuk_ID will hold a charity project for Indonesian Children. We’ll collaborate with our local children
foundation named Wahana Visi Indonesia / World Vision Indonesia (WVI) to distribute the donation to children in
needs. This donation later on will be marked under CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa and Kang Min Hyuk Fanbase.
As we know, CNBLUE has built CNBLUE School in Africa to support Children Education in rural area. We decide to
continue this good deeds especially for Indonesian Children.
We planned to join WVI’s child sponsorship program or school supplies donation for children in Sikka - Nusa
Tenggara Timur (NTT), Indonesia. This child sponsorship program is a long-term commitment which last for about 2
years. Each month we’ll send a sponsorship payment for IDR 150,000 / USD15 to support the education of the
sponsored child. Meanwhile, school supplies donation is not a long term commitment program. We’ll donate once
to distribute school supplies for Children in rural area. We’ll choose ones depending on how much we are able to
collect
II. Practices
The donation was held starting from May 28, 2013 till June 30, 2013. This donation project was not held for
Indonesian Boice only. We also welcomed donations from International BOICE. During then fundraising, we got a
good response from BOICE. We collected donations from Japanese BOICE, Brazilian, as well as Indonesian.

a. Donation Gathered
The total amount of donation gathered is IDR 4,875,523.
b. Distribution
1. Total amount of donation distributed through Child Sponsorship Program is IDR 3,600,000.
2. Total amount of donation distributed through School Supplies Program (Bag of Hope for Children in Sikka) is
IDR 1,275,523
c. Balance
As we distributed whole donation gathered through Child Sponsorship Program & School Supplies, the final
balance is IDR 0.

The original purpose of this charity project is joining one of Wahana Visi Indonesia’s programs based on total
amount of donations gathered. However, as we the total amount of donations was relatively huge, we decided
to distribute all donations through 2 different programs.
1. Child Sponsorship Program
In this Child Sponsorship Program, we have adopted a boy named Abdul Sahil (10 tahun). We will support
Abdul’s educational expenses for the next 2 years by sending a sponsorship payment IDR 150.000 each
month, starting from July 2013 till July 2015. The total amount of donations distributed through this
program is IDR 3,600,000
2. School Supplies Donation (Bag of Hope for Children in Sikka)
In this school supplies donation program, we have helped for about 1000 children in rural area called Sikka,
NTT to get a better school equipment. The donation distributed through this program is IDR 1,275,523.
c. Donation distribution and documentation
The donation is submitted on July 4, 2013 1:00 PM in Wahana Visi Indonesia Main office at Jl. Wahid Hasyim No.
31, Jakarta. The donation is submitted by a representative of CNBYonghwa_ID & CNBMinhyuk_ID directly to
Wahana Visi Indonesia. In this charity program, we received certificate to show that we have participated in
Wahana Visi Indonesia programs.

4. Certificate of Appreciation
We sincerely thank all donors for all the supports given so this charity project ended up well. We wish that all support
given will lighten up the life of Indonesian children in needs. We will send a progress report as the program goes
including how our adopted child’s life is changing in regular base.
