5. COBRA Administration - As our promise to you, we will pay for the COBRA administration for your company. We work
with several different administrators and will align you with the one that best suits your needs.
COBRA Transition - Our individual specialist will work with your employees who are transitioning to COBRA or who are
on COBRA to investigate other options for insurance coverage.
Medicare Transition - Our individual specialist will work with your employees who become Medicare eligible to find
options such as Medicare Supplement plans as a way to save them substantial costs while being able to access their
Medicare benefits.
Ongoing Education for Employees - During the year we can provide ongoing education to your employees about their
benefits and how best to use them through our Lunch & Learns and Health Fairs.
Jackson Lewis - Our retainer agreement with Jackson Lewis, a law firm specializing in workplace law, allows us to have
the ability to assist you in answering your questions when complicated situations arise regarding law in the workplace.
Annual Seminars for Executives and Management Staff - We provide seminars at least once or twice a year with a
focus on topics that are beneficial for Executives and Management. These programs also allow our clients to meet each
other and share issues they are experiencing in their respective companies.
Open Enrollment Meetings & Materials - Our will handle your open enrollment meetings from start to finish at one
location or multiple locations. We work with you to schedule the meetings, have carrier representation there if
needed, provide customized packets for your employees, and serve as a back-up for your HR team for questions
regarding all your employee benefits.
