THE FOOD IN MEXICO In Mexico there are different kinds of food, the people here usually eat rice, beans, meat and sometimes the people go to restaurants depending on their economy because now the times are changing, for some people is difficult to find a job besides that the population is increased. We do not forget that Mexican food has been always considered to be very spicy. Here we have special holidays, on those dates, the people here prepare special food, like pozole, mole and some neighborhoods it has a fireworks, it depends on the place where the people live. At weekends almost always the people go out with their family to the movies, some park or just go out for eat tacos on the street. Another special holiday is when the people eat different food and that day is holy week in that date the Mexican people can not eat meat during two weeks because are sacred days, in this days the people accustomed to eat dishes making with fish, salads or seeds. Also we have Mexican desserts combine hot elements and sweet elements to produce unique sensations on the mouth, because of both flavor and texture, and the combination of smells is also one of a kind. Many people loves the desserts and coffee. Talk about the food in Mexico is talk about many states because Mexico is comprised of 31 states and in each state the food are differents, for example.The most prominent and popular dish in Chiapas is tamales, found in many varieties. hoja santa can be found in many of these tamales but is the the main ingredient. Other example is Oaxaca the state's great diversity has added to the range of ingredients and methods of preparation, the most famous dish here its "Mole" done with many ingredients besides plus it is very tasty. If you think travel to Mexico you need to be prepared to enjoy all this kind of food and do not forget eat pozole, mole, tacos, chiles rellenos. My Opinion In my opinión the food in mexico is the most delicious food, because we have a many spicies to prepare differents kind of food, and we have many states with many typical food but just I saw in photos because I don´t have money to travel other state but my favorite food is the mole that my mom prepares,tamales and pozole. But the cuisine is very spacious in Mexico.
