一.综述：
1.激光安全注意事项：
a) 在使用打标机之前，请首先仔细阅读本手册内所有的激光安全注意事项及预防措施。
b) 在使用设备过程中，最大的危险是对眼镜的伤害。在激光射出区域，绝对禁止眼镜直视。
c) 激光束足以引起皮肤、衣物等物体的灼伤，故打标过程中，身体任何部分禁止伸入打标
区域。
d) 严格遵守设备上安全标志所示内容。
e) 防止非专业人士操作设备及进入激光加工区域。
f) 禁止移动激光防护物体
g) 不允许操作人员戴首饰物品，因为激光有可能通过此物品产生反射造成对眼镜的伤害。
2.设备使用环境条件：
a) 供电电源规格： 220V 50Hz；
b) 电源品质：电压波动<5%。
c) 接地保护：机柜接地要求接地电阻＜4Ω。
d) 要求通风条件好、无粉尘、无腐蚀、无污染的场地环境。
e) 安装地基要求周边不能有大的振动。
f) 冷水机是用于冷却激光器，冷却循环水要求使用高质量的纯净水或蒸馏水；
g) 为预防火灾的发生，加工场地应配置好适当的灭火器并预留一定的灭火通道。
I. General Safety Instructions
1. Please pay attention to SAFETY IS THE FIRST, when the staff operating
the machine.
2. Please operator remember the first rule.
3. Laser system with water cooling, Laser head with air cooling. If the cooling
system have a failure, please don’t open the machine. All parameters of
cooling system has been set up before they leave the factory. If no special
circumstances,Please do not modify randomly!
4. When the machine stop working and the environment temperature ≤0℃,

Please must be drain the water. Ensure no water in the Cavity,water tank and
water pump to avoid frozen and damage the machine.
5. Circulating cooling water is deionized water. (distilled water more
better).Replacing the water every half a month in summer and every month in
winter, Please make sure to replace all the water in water tank and air
conditioning.It can not just replace part of it. Dust-proof of refrigerating
air-condition need a purge with high pressure air a week. Refrigerating
air-condition should be spacious ventilated place to ensure the air to circulate.
6. Keep the workshop clean,including the hygiene ,temperature and
humidity,Regularly check the optical device.
7. Notice: Don’t look laser straightly to avoid hurt by laser; If hurt eyes,
please flush out with water and going to the hospital at once.
8. When the machine is working,the circuit in high voltage and large
current state, So Non-professional worker please do not in
maintenance when the machine power-on, In order to avoid electric
shock accidents. Power supply and laser source must be grounded.
9. If the machine not work, please shutdown, cutting off power and water
timely.Also sealed hood to prevent dust from entering the laser source and
optical system.
10.Troubleshooting should be cut off power supply,Except adjust the output
energy of laser source and optical path of whole machine.
11. Should be shut off If the machine have trouble. For example
leaking,burning arc,insurance, laser source have abnormal sound etc.
12. Don’t allow any parts of the body into the work area,due to the high
working speed of the machine.
13. All laser operator must be trained,It is forbidden to irrelevant personnel
operating the machine.
14. Paste the warning signs and indoor at the door of the laser equipment work
place.

II. Equipment conditions
A. Power Supply: 220V 50Hz;
B. Power Supply Quality: voltage fluctuation<5%.
C. Ground protection: Cabinet earthing resistance grounding requirement<4Ω.
D. Requires a good ventilation, no dust, no corrosion, no pollution of space
environment.
E. No Big Vibration around Installation ground.
F. Circulating cooling water is deionized water, it is for laser cooling;
G. To prevent the happening of the fire, processing field should be the
appropriate configuration. A certain amount of fire extinguishers and channels.

III. 设备简介 Machine Instruction：
1) 操作开关 Operation button：
 Power: 整机电源开关，右旋打开，机器上电。打开前，请确保水箱已经打开。
Power: power supply for machine, Turn right and machine power on. Before turn on
the power, make sure the chiller power on.
 Scan：振镜开关，按下开启
Scan: Press down, scanner can work
 Up&down：光路电动上下，调节焦距。
Up&down: Adjust the height of laser path for finding the correct focus.
 Computer: 按下开关，电脑打开
Computer: Press down, computer on

2) 振镜，场镜，光路，立柱，显示器
Scanner, field lens, laser path, upright, screen
 振镜：扫描标刻图形。
Scanner: Scanning marking diagram
 场镜：聚焦激光。
Field Lens: Focusing Laser
3) 冷水机 Chiller：
冷却激光器，初次安装前，务必确保冷水机内有水，且水位在正常范围内，电源开关处于开
启状态. For cooling laser source. Before installation, ensure there is water inside chiller
and ensure water within normal range, Power supply power on.
4) 电脑主机 Computer：
激光器电源 Laser power supply：

 激光器电源开机顺序 Laser power supply order:
1.Power 键右旋打开
Power button: turn on right for power on
2.等待约 30S，当 LBO 指示灯灭后，依次按下 LDD,Q-SW 按钮。
Waiting for 30S, when LBO light is off, press LDD and Q-SW button
二.设备安装 Machine installation：
1. 连接水箱和电脑显示屏 Connect the chiller and screen
a) 插上冷水机的电源插头跟报警信号线
Install the chiller water outlet/inlet, alarm output and computer screen

b) 打开冷水机上盖，往冷水机内加水（必须是蒸馏水或纯净水），冷水机后方有水位显示，
达到 Full 位置时，停止加水。
Open the cover of chiller, fill in water (must be distilled water or pure water), There
is water level indication at back of chiller. Change water once a month
2. 插上主电源线。Install the main power cable at back of machine

三.开机&调试 Power on and adjusting：
a) 打开水箱：open chiller
b) 打开机器主电源: Open main power switch
c) 打开电源，振镜，电脑 Open power, scan, computer
d) 打开激光器电源。Turn on power and laser

e) 当激光器电源的 LBO 灯熄灭后，依次打开 LDD, Q-SW 开关。
When the LBO light is off and the LD REAL goes 0 to 7, turn on LDD, Q-SW switch
f) 打开电脑桌面上的标刻软件 EzCAD2
Open the software of EZ CAD2
g) Marking Operation ( Brief instruction)
Generally, user only need to adjust the technical data of “Speed”/ “Frequency”/”Q pulse
width”
1: Marking speed: to set marking speed needed from 0-3000.
2: Frequency: according to the software to set the laser output rate 20-30
3. Q pulse width: 5-30
 Open EZ CAD Marking software from PC
 From EZ CAD, hit the language exchange icon and change language to English,
then close and restart EZ CAD to engage English interface.

 EZ CAD Window menu bars are shown below:
 Create Text by hitting FI to show the Text Window then use the text box area to type
text. Use the text size and font size buttons to modify the text as appropriate. See
Figure below.

 After the text is finalized use the Fill button to fill in text with solid shading. See Figure
below.

 Set Speed, frequency, and Q pulse width of laser before marking:
 If the mark color desired is light set laser speed higher, the power low, and the
frequency higher.
 Click the Light button (F1) to check the position of the label mark position and note
the following:
 To mark the material (i.e trial mark and final mark) Click the Mark button (F2) to mark
the material.

5. Loading Extra Fonts into EZ CAD
1. To load extra fonts:
a. Ensure you have the fonts you wish to use saved to the PC at:
C:/windows/fonts.
b. Once saved, the fonts will appear in EZ CAD.
6. Supported Format of Each drawing software
1. Coreldraw: When export the file from Coreldraw, please enlarge
10% based on original design and save as PLT format.
2. AI: When export the file from AI, Please export and save the
version at AI 8
3. Auto CAD: When export and save as Auto CAD 2004.
注：软件操作，请查阅软件操作说明书。
Remark: please refer to software operation manual for software operation.
四.关机操作 Power off operation：
a) 保存图档，关闭打标软件。
Save the file and turn off computer.
b) 依次关闭激光器电源上的 Q-SW，LDD 按钮，当显示屏上的 LD Real I 降为 0 时，关闭
激光器电源按钮（左旋关闭），关闭控制面板上的 Laser Power（冷水机电源开关可以不关）。
Follow the order to turn off Q-SW, LDD button, When the LD REAL 7 to be 0, Turn off the
laser and power on the computer. Turn off the scan, power.
c) 关闭 Main Power。Turn off main power.
d) 关闭水箱。Turn off the chiller
五.日常维护 Maintenance：

1.场镜擦拭（1 次/周）Lens cleaning ( 1time per week)：
使用无尘布蘸取酒精（纯度大于 98%，纯度太低擦拭过后容易留下水渍）擦拭
场镜表面，每擦一次，需更换一次方向。
Use non-dust cloth with alcohol ( more than 98% purity, it will leave stains easily with l
ow Purity) to clean the surface of lens, Change one direction after clean at a time.
2.更换冷却水（1 次/月）Change water ( 1time per month)：
1) 打开冷水机后下方排水口，将水排出，
Open the outlet at back of chiller, let water go out.
2) 装好旋钮，换水，水位到 FULL 位置即可。
Change water and keep at full position
3.清理机柜内灰尘 (1 次 / 半年 ) ： Clean dust inside of machine ( once
per/6months)
用风枪或吸尘器清理机柜内部积灰即可。
Use blower gun or a vacuum cleaner to clean cabinet
