2. Teaching experience
Academic Summer, Bristol: English/Media Teacher (July - August 2011)
° As well as teaching English and Media lessons, I organised excursions, activities and sports. I was often
the leader on weekend expeditions; responsible for the safety and welfare of over 100 students.
King Saud University, Riyadh: English Teacher (Sept 2009 – July 2010)
° Taught 25 hours of English lessons a week, including preparation, marking of class work and homework.
° Adapted the materials and teaching manner to be culturally specific for the students, in order not to
