The ultimate goal of this event is to provide members of Alpha
Kappa Psi and the Technology Management Program the opportunity to discuss
and network with Santa Barbara’s most successful executives. We feel this is done
most effectively in groups of 6 to 8 individuals, where each student is provided
the opportunity to speak conversationally to the executive. This process is not only
educational, but delivers students the platform to network and form professional
relationships with some of the most influential people in Santa Barbara.A ΨK
10-12 Executives with diverse backgrounds seated at roundtables in the room. There will be
6-8 students seated at each table, and they will get approximately 15 minutes to discuss freely with the executive
seated at that table. Students will know beforehand which executive will be seated at each table, so as to tailor their
experience to their needs. Before and after the event there will be mingling time for the executives and students.

summary
Unlike the career fair, students receive a direct link to C-level executives in a much more relaxed and encouraging
environment. The exclusivity of the event enables students to distinguish themselves and target specific executives
based on their individual passions and career goals.
