The Harbor works to deliver hope!
We offer survivors the ability to
thrive by providing secure housing,
clothing, food, child care,
transportation, counseling
and more.
Services of The Harbor are free
and confidential. We rely on the
generosity of our donors and
community to continue delivering
hope to those whose lives have
been impacted by violence.

The Harbor offers a shelter from
the storm, a place for both body
and spirit to heal from abuse.
The Harbor services
 24-hour hotline for individuals
seeking support and information
 Emergency sheltering and
assistance with confidential
relocation
 Safety planning and crisis
counseling for survivors and
their children
 Assistance with court advocacy
and applying for protective
orders
 Information, referral and
assistance acquiring services
from partner agencies
 Support groups for survivors
The Harbor staff members are
champions for those affected by
intimate partner and sexual violence.
We are ready to listen to each
individual’s story and help them
navigate to a place of safety.
Through partnerships in the local area
and across Oregon, we are committed
to protecting survivors.
Members of Clatsop County Domestic
Violence Council work to increase
awareness about domestic violence
issues through community education
and improve services for those working
toward violence free lives.
Our goal is to break the cycle of
violence through education, one on
one support, practical assistance and
referrals.
Honor Confront Hope
Serving Clatsop County and
surrounding areas, The Harbor is an
advocacy-based organization
serving survivors of intimate partner
and sexual violence and stalking.
The Harbor staff honors the story of
each individual who feels unsafe.
We strive to provide support and
services to all individuals working
towards a better future for
themselves and their children.
