Developed high quality photos for customers also provided customer service. Fixing
photo machines when they would break down, cleaning and swapping out
chemicals. Helped keep a clean and safe work environment along with stocking
shelves with merchandise.

 Multiple recognitions from customers and managers for great customer
service.
 Prioritizing customers’ orders also giving a reasonable time frame when to
come back for their pictures.

10/2008 – 5/2009 Computer Service Technician Lab Assistant, Janesville, Wi
Aided in helping Instructor and fellow students. I would organize computer
parts and keep the class room clean. When students needed help with
computer issues I would help them figure out the problem and show them how
I knew what was wrong.
