Michael brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from the sales world regarding
sales strategy, key account management, business development, planning, executing
and forecasting and sales initiatives, which will be perfect for his role as Training
Manager, reporting to Tung. After graduating from Rhode Island College, he began
working for Fournier Jeep Eagle where he served many roles including warranty clerk,
sales associate, used car general manager and finally as the new car sales manager.
Following his stint at Fournier, Michael moved his talents to Pell Pontiac Buick as
General Sales Manager and then to Collins Ford/Mercury as the Dealer Principal. He
was most recently an area sales manager for Western Funding and is now excited to
bring his talents to the AutoAlert team! His favorite summer activity is going on family
vacations with his wife of 33 years and his 5 children. Please welcome Michael as he
joins AutoAlert!
Jeff Hammond is an auto industry vet working within sales departments and other
operating areas at the dealership level which will be very beneficial in his newly
appointed role as Training Manager, reporting to Tung. Jeff graduated from Humber
College earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis.
He has vast experience with a variety of tech based companies and within dealerships.
Agincourt Hundai and the Woodchester Auto Group refined both his sales and product
management skills, leading him to create his own self-employed consulting position.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys kayaking, fishing, and riding motorcycles, plus he has a
plethora of knowledge when it comes to home renovation (plumbing, electrical and
general construction). He is an avid photographer who has won several photo contests
taken while kayaking. Please welcome Jeff as he joins AutoAlert!
Eual Sigmon will join our team as the Regional Sales Manager reporting to Ben Kuscsik.
He has over 25 years of automotive experience and has held sales and operation
management positions within dealerships. Eual has earned many training certifications
within F&I, sales process and management, in addition, he brings extensive knowledge
of the sales process and is a welcomed addition to AutoAlert’s power sales crew. Oh,
and he was a stand-in for Steve Carrell in a movie! Please welcome Eual as he joins

Welcome Les Springob, Regional Sales Manager, reporting to Ben Kuscsik! Les
graduated from the University of South Carolina with a fire and entrepreneurial spirit
leading him to become a founding member of Half-A-Car Group, where he worked for
14 years as the Director of Business Development. While at Half-A-Car, Les supervised
a team of 152 sales associates! Following his tenure as a founding member of Half-
A-Car, Les transitioned to become the Director of Business Development at Williams &
Associates where he implemented business strategies and was an integral part in their
developmental training growth for dealerships. His most recent employment was with
Velocity Marketing as Director of Sales and Marketing where he maintained the best
retention in the company. We are excited to have Les’ expertise and ability to advance
