2. Intent to Vacate ( if the bldg is occupied)
3. Order to Vacate. LBMC 18.20.140, 18.20.150, 18.20.160
4. Board of Examiners, Appeals, Condemnations (BEAC) LBMC 18.20.230
5. Ten Day Intent to Demolish LBMC 18.20.250
6. Forty-Eight Hour Notice to Demolish.

1. Temporary Restraining Order (after 10 day Int to Demo)
2. City Attorney Agreement (after 10 day Int to Demo)
VII Demolition Process after the Ten Day Intent to Demolish has been sent.
1. Contract to Demolish sent to Purchasing Department for Bidding.
2. Asbestos Survey Request sent to City designated Contractor.
3. Letter requesting access sent to Owner/s.
4. Affadavit and Warrant prepared for Asbestos Inspection/survey.
5. Forced warrant prepared if no response from owner for Asbestos Inspection.
6. Letter Sent to owner for access to remove asbestos containing Building
material and Demolition of the building/s.
7. Affadavit and Inspection warrant prepared for the removal of asbestos
containing building materials and the demolition of the building/s.
8. Forced Inspection warrant prepared for the removal of asbestos and the
demolition of the building/s.
9. Return of Warrants
VIII Cost Recovery
1. Nuisance Abatement billing and liens (Security Screens)
2. Incidental Code enforcement Fees (Inspect Time)
3. Demand for Payment/s
4. Demolition Costs.
