Andrew grew up in Australia but has since spent the
majority of his time residing in Asia. Having lived for 6
years in Singapore, he has recently moved to Bangkok
in order to further expand the company

An operational risk is, as the name suggests, a risk

functions. It is a very broad concept which focuses

processes through which a company operates. It
also includes other categories such as fraud risks,
legal risks, physical or environmental risks.
It is relatively difficult to identify or assess levels of
operational risk and its many sources. Historically
organizations have accepted operational risk as an
unavoidable cost of doing business. Many now
though collect data on operational losses - for ex-
ample through system failure or fraud - and are
using this data to model operational risk and to

 The number of truck hijackings continue to increase
throughout Asia. This special program reviews your compa-
ny's current security initiatives against current international
standards and best practices.
CORPORATE ANTI-FRAUD PROGRAM
 The program reviews an organisation's financial, ac-
counts payable, accounts receivable and procurement
processes/practices and identifies where fraud is oc-
curring, why it is occurring and the level of fraud. Rec-
