worked with my organization through the AmeriCorps NCCC program in 2016. In my capacity as a
Property Stewardship Specialist at Bur Oak Land Trust (BOLT), I worked many hours alongside Brandon.
Brandon completed his month of service with BOLT, leaving a lasting impression on the staff that came
in contact with him. Brandon is an excellent communicator, he is clear and concise in his
communication style. Brandon came to work every day looking professional, NCCC AmeriCorps has
strict uniform policies, Brandon followed them with great care.
Brandon has a number of strengths to offer an employer. Brandon worked diligently while on the job
site. He was never observed using his phone for personal matters, he stayed on task with whatever the
job at hand was. Brandon is a self-starter, He can be given a job with minimal instruction with the end
