   Host at Stetson’s Chop House
              o    Greet guests, assist with reservations and seating
              o    Ensure the guest experience is a number one priority and provide authentic hospitality
              o    Participate in daily pre-shift: provide reservation information and analysis of OpenTable
              o    Participated in Engagement meetings with Human Resources as well as Safety Meetings
              o    Had the privilege of being mentored by Andy Stangenberg on two separate occasions

Riverview Country Club, Appleton, WI                                                   February 2004 – September 2007
   Cabana Manager                                                                          May 2007 – September 2007
              o    Interviewed 23 candidates and hired 19 candidates
              o    Made weekly schedules for 19 employees
              o    Coordinated pool events for up to 100 members
              o    Managed daily activities of the Beverage Cart Drivers, Cabana Staff, and Lifeguards
              o    Increased operation hours, creating a profit at the club for the first time in five years
