Endorsement letter for Bogdan Manea

                                Candidate to
         MC VP Corporate Development 2013 – 2014 in AIESEC Romania



It is a huge pleasure and pride to endorse Bogdan Manea for the position of MC VP Corporate
Development in AIESEC Romania for the term ’13-’14 because he is the perfect man for the job,
the one able to explode Romania at national level, as he did at local level.

I have had the fortune to have Bogdan join my team with him being a newie in that period and to
see his full evolution from a person in need of skills, knowledge and information to the person to
whom members now look up and ask for help and support. His term of LC Corporate
Development gave him more than just insight of the area, but he also got a full understanding of
AIESEC, why we do stuff and how stuff should be done.

Apart from that, he is a very reliable person; he was always there when I needed him (even if he
was hundreds of miles away). Bogdan is one of the people that connects dots really fast and is
able to develop strategies to go from A to B without much difficulty. Also, he is the kind of
person who enjoys taking huge steps rather than small ones, he has courage to try new things and
take big risks and he works best under a lot of stress.

In one year, he went from a newie to the person ready and willing to apply in the MC, to sell, to
raise, to lead. To be honest, I am very curious what will happen to him next year! After the above
mentioned, I strongly support Bogdan Manea in his decision to apply as MC VP Corporate
Development, he is an asset to any kind of team and a pillar in mine.
