Before 2015 people with any kind of disability (fysicaly or mentaly) could acquir
a working-place in one of the Social Working-places, state-sponsored and spread
over the Netherlands.
Starting 2015 the Dutch law has been changed and this special group of people
will be integrated in society more and more, for example to urge busineses to
employ people with a disability individully.
A lot of people out of this special group will have problems working ‘on their
own’ in big regular companies and will fall ‘between shore and ship’.
A number of people are not able to work in a regular way, not even guided.
These people will remain in what will be left from the former Social
Workingplaces, concerning in fact the whole society.
BlueView is founded to make production with help of the group ‘in between’,
being a SOCIAL FIRM. Guided by own professionals BlueView’s people are
producing and assembling products (business to business) for a number of
bigger and smaller (international) companies, like ABB, Allegion, Royal Smit
Transformers, IKEA and others. The goals are well-being of all the workers AND
some profit to exist and to be able to invest without help from authorities.
