Organisations compromising on parts
of the EVP are at risk of experiencing
a Great Resignation 2.0
In a recessive economy that lacks availability of Skills, connecting to
the hearts, minds, and wallets of employees is key to retaining them.
Managers need a good understanding of potential financialchallenges
amongst their teams.
Better supporting the financial wellbeing of employees can provide a
significant competitive advantage in a labour market where many
organisations are sacrificing on parts of their EVP.

HR Tech remains strong
although wider economic trends may slow up

deployment timelines and deliver higher speed
to value will inevitably be in higher demand.
