Hello Blair; ljust thought I would let you know that the 5 M.H. projects that Tim and Bill
Mo'unga ran for Bextar / ASG at the VA were very difficult projects to work on. I don't
know how many times we had to reschedule something* because the patients were
acting up, or the Doctors were interviewing patients and we couldn't access the area
they had planned to work on.Then Nursing would want to change something in the
SOW and Bilt would have to call me and i would have to tell the Nurses that we couldn't
do that. Bill and l/Villiam Burgoyne were key players, they would try to accomadate the
staff as much as possible. They did a great job with the submittals and daily logs and
any other paperwork. Many items were one of a kind or had to be manufactured
specifically for our Mental Health needs. I was really impressed with the knowledge of
Mlliam he knows so many different trades and is very capable of drawing a design for
us. lf it wasn't for Bill's and A/illiam's help these projects wouldn't have been completed
on time, and then we asked them to accelerate the deadline to finish these projects,
they didn't complain, they just said they would do what ever it takes to get the project
finished on time. Bill and Mlliam are a great assett to your company and should be
acknowledged for their customer service skills, their willingness to go out of their way to
make everyone happy with as little interuption as possible to the affected areas they
were working in- These 5 projects were the worst and most difficult to do out of all the
projects I have done, I feel any other contractor would have walked off the iob.
Sincerely,
