                        Fuel operator assigned to Spin Boldak, during transition phase from
                        Fluor to Dyncorp. In-depth knowledge of fuel contracts and
                        subcontractors. Using my past experience and knowledge of fuel
                        operations on FSSP/FARP, I was required to begin working without
                        company training. Responsible for bag gauging and reporting, filling out
DA 3643, DA 3644 and DA 4702-R. Expected to maintain GFE, by
                  conducting daily PMCS and basic daily checks on FARP. Hot and cold
                  refueling all kind of military helicopters. Extensive knowledge with FM
                  10-67-1, FM 10-67-2, AR 710-2 and DODM4140.25 Chapter 7 (Quality
                  Surveillance).
                  All experience and knowledge listed below was utilized for this
                  position.
                  1. Conducted refueling activities in a safe manner and in compliance
                  with Client’s Standard Operating Procedures.
                  2. Prepare samples in compliance with the Company’s SOP and
                  determine when to take what type of sample.
                  3. Conducted Fuel Quality Checks in compliance with ASTM standards
                  to ensure the fuel meets the set specification throughout the supply
                  chain.
                  4. Performing usage calculations and request service time and amount
                  for tank filling.
                  5. Identifying download, storage and issue tanks.
                  6. Keeping BRAG system up-to-date.
                  7. Preparing and checking receiving and shipping documents.
                  8. Conducting site inspections to ensure equipment is in required state to
                  meet quality objectives as per the requirements of the facility checklist
                  daily/weekly/monthly checks.
                  9. Functioning as pump operator.
                  10. Operating the FMIS system to record sales.
                  11. Inspecting the filters to ensure they function at an optimal level.
                  12. Refueling rotary and fixed wing aircraft in compliance with the
                  Company’s SOP ensuring that all QHSE requirements are met.
                  13. Maintaining aircraft approach procedures and flight line driving
                  rules and regulations.
                  14. Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.

                  Under selection of Site Manager I got extra responsibility in Safety
                  department (field work belongs to OSHA 1910-30 hours,
                  HAZWOPER- 40 hours, Train the trainer in forklift, first aid, CPR,
                  AED, full protection competent person, heavy equipment safety,
                  competent person on PPE, tag out for power equipment, chemical and
                  combustible liquid safety. Tried to get more people skills from the field
                  and maintained paperwork as like accountability, DAR, SITREP, FIR
                  and all kinds of incident investigation and reporting.

                     Responsible for daily control of product quality received and issued,
                     through Aqua Glo Testing, API and Gravity testing, Temperature,
                     Visual Fuel Sampling and Additive testing using appropriate techniques.
                     Required to perform operational maintenance & pre maintenance check
