 MBA Internship : Promotion of the brand and survey on Retail outlets at
Heritage Food LTD.

Description:
During my stay in the company,I focused on Campaigning’s, kiosks, customer survey along
with door to door delivery concept to know the opinions of various customers towards Heritage
products compared to others Dairy Products.
 MBA Project : A Comparative study on employee retention practices
in selected sectors.
Duration : 6 weeks

2. Descripton:
Evaluating the present procedure in place. Conducting f2f interviews in a
systematic way to know the stress levels of employees. Data collected through
questionnaire was analyzed. Finally suitable recommendations & suggestions were
given based on the findings.
EXTRACIRRUCULAR ACTIVITIES
• Got 2nd prize for poster presentation about "CHILD LABOUR" on the eve of
HUMANRIGHTS DAY in JKC College.
• Presented a paper in management fest conducted in our college on “Globalization effect on
environment”.
