5.     EARNEST MONEY:  Upon execution of this contract by both parties, Buyer shall deposit

Title Policy: TBD 
Guaranty Fee: $5 per policy 
No Attorney, Courier, Copy, Overnight, Fax, Funding or Wire fees = No Junk Fees

fees  charged  by  the  lender  on  the  transaction.    Additionally,  there  may  be  other  fees,  such  as  those  charged  by  your  bank,  by  any  applicable 
homeowners association, mobile closing services, and other third party providers who are not listed above.  Once again, these are for reference

The first step is to contact us via phone at 512-467-6060 or through our website
www.haycompere.com. After answering a few brief questions, we will send you 3 short forms
to complete, sign and return. Once we receive those, sit back and let us go to work for you!

**Client acknowledges that neither Client nor the Firm knows what the outcome of the Challenge will be, and no representation has been made concerning the final 
result of this undertaking, and that the statements concerning same, if any, may not be relied upon.  Client further acknowledges that the employment of the Firm by 
Client  relates  only  to  the  Challenge.    In  the  event  Client  owns  multiple  properties,  Client  specifically  acknowledges  that  each  property  is  subject  to  a  separate 
agreement.  Representation under this agreement shall not commence until executed agreement and payment of the fee is received by the Firm.
