Personal Interests
Jim has lived in Princeton for over 28 years with his wife, Laurie.
Jim enjoys drawing; some of his work posted on the “Hockey In Art” website.
Jim is a 25-year member of the Knights of Columbus. Currently holds Past Grand Knight
and Trustee positions within the St. Richard of Chichester Council #14940 in Sterling.
Jim currently serves as a District Deputy for Supreme and State Councils.
He has served as a Membership Advisor for the Massachusetts State Council of the
Knights of Columbus. Where he visited six councils on a monthly basis. Jim also helped
start three new councils in the Central MA region last year.
He has served on the New Council Development Team for Central MA.
Jim is involved in several charitable events helping out families, church, community,
youth, pro-life and council.
Enjoys several sports: baseball, football, basketball, hockey and golf.
Professional Bio
Jim has over 30 years of experience as a mechanical
engineer. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of
Technology in Boston with a B.S. in Mechanical
Engineering Technology. He earned a certificate in
Computer Assisted Manufacturing from the University of
Massachusetts Lowell.
Jim has several years of experience using three different
CAD tools; Pro/ENGINEER, Solid Works and AutoCAD.
He has worked within the computer, biotechnology, medical, pharmaceuticals, capital
equipment, high voltage power supply and homeland securities industries. Jim has worked on
cabinets, enclosures, printers, servers, capital equipment, hand-held portable analytical
instruments, systems integration, fixtures and test equipment projects.
