one's health if undertaken early in the morning. For starters, taking a walk shortly after waking up
can help boost one's energy and improve their mood, as well as reduce stress and anxiety. A 2017
study published in Physiology & Behavior deduced that 10 minutes of stair walking provided more
energy than a cup of coffee for 18 sleep-deprived women. Moreover, other studies have shown
that adults who walked outdoors for 20 minutes felt more energetic than those who walked 20
minutes indoors.
