8. Emphasis
At 29 june , each Contingent expected to prepare the departure
from the hotels to Opening Ceremony venue at 15.30 o‘clock, so the each
contingent helped by LO will depart from the hotels at 16.00 o’clock
we expected all the contingent arrive at parking area at 17.00 o”clock,
and have 30 minutes to takes dinner with the box food package at the bus,
enjoy dinner on the bus, despite being located in the parking area at
opening ceremony venue .
Then, at 17.30 o’clock all the contingent has to be ready to enter the outer
gate and to get ready to be set the seating placement by each liaison
officer based on ploting seating placement that was made by the comitee
