The MUKHYAMANTRI AYUSHMAAN BHAV YOJANA was introduced by the
HARYANA government to provide health insurance worth Rs. 10 lakhs for certain segments
of society which may not be financially independent. More than 1,576 medical procedures
and benefits are covered under this plan. Additionally, insured members are free to access
any private or government hospital. The yearly premium of this plan is just Rs. 900, i.e. about
Rs. 70.8 per month.

The Chiranjeevi Bima Yojana is a beneficial health insurance plan that provides financial
assistance to economically disadvantaged members of society for medical treatment or
hospitalisation. To receive the treatment, they do not need to pay anything. They can use this
government programme to financially secure a future for them and their family in case of a
medical emergency.

photos, a ration card, a BPL certificate, and their mobile number.

Step 1: Open the official website of the Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana
and click the link to SSO (Single sign-on), which is located beneath the registration section.
Step 2: Users who have not registered must click the registration option and choose between
the employee, citizen, or industry categories. Once the necessary information has been
entered, the registration procedure will end. Step 3: After registering, you can access your
account by entering your ID, password, and captcha code.
Step 4: Select the ABMGRSBY application option and input all the necessary details, like
your name, mobile number, email address, etc.

your registered mobile number.

Once the process is complete, you will receive a status link on your mobile number. This link

scheme. These employees can enrol under the HARYANA Government Health Scheme
