- A product analisys engineer a connection between the automotive cable harness
development engineer and the production. During my work I was respoonsible to create
quotations for engineering changes as BOM point of view as labour time.

- I was responsible for all the plastic components were created by various technology –
vacuum forming, extrusion, injection etc. were produced by inhouse production and
came from suppliers as well.

- As a part of a small R&D team have taken a part in new product development and gave
the support for daily production. Injected plastic part development in CATIA V5 from
design surface to mass production. In lack of product care engineering BOM
managemennt also belongs to development engineer.
2008 – 2012 Development Engineer – Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner Factory – Jászberény
- Full time CATIA V5 design work – vacuum cleaner’s injected plastic parts (some of sheet
metal parts too) from design surface to mechanical components in various international
enviroment – teamwork from Sweeden to China, accross Hungary. More hundreds of
injected plastic parts designed. I visited injection mold makers in Hungary and abroad –
strong knowledge collected in injection tool working method and in injection technology.

Work experience as engineering project team leader:
2012 – Development Leader – Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner Factory – Jászberény
- Development leader is a professional for a middle sized engineering team collected to
reach a project target. DL lead 1-10 development engineer, 1 labor test leader, works
together with project manager and tooling specialist. DL get an outer surface from
industrial designers and get a technical target requirements from marketing. Project team
usually is international – Sweeden, Hungary, India, China. DL fill the outer surface with
components to create a vacuum cleaner reach technical targets. DL responsible for
engineering BOM as well and work with his recources on part design paralelly with his
leader tasks. DL work start from feasibility study untill mass production.
