At Halcyon’s Corporate Office in Columbus, Ohio, we maintain a 6,000 square foot Software
Development Center that can be used by our clients to locate their project teams. The Development
Center is equipped with a dedicated high-speed Internet connection, VoIP, in-house servers and a
Testing Lab.

Halcyon brings a team of experienced, certified and qualified resources to every IT Project. The team
usually is comprised of a Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Analysts, Designers, Programmers
and Testers. In addition, we also provide industry expertise relevant to the client’s vertical. Our
technical resources are certified by SAP, Oracle and Microsoft in their line of specialization. For
example our Microsoft consultants include: MVP, MCSD, MCSE, MCDBA, MCT (Microsoft Certified
Trainer). In the case of ERP, the average experience of our consultants is 12-15 years. We have

called Blueprint for Success to all employees

attainment. Recently, Halcyon launched the
Veterans Workforce Development Program,
through which returning veterans are
trained in IT skills and provided assistance
in finding IT jobs. The company has
successfully trained and placed several
veterans through this non-profit program.
