- 11. CHAPTER 1 Transfer into a paragraph Newton is a hardworking boy. He prepares breakfast for his family. He starts to prepare breakfast for his family because of one incident which had happened before. Before this, it was his mother who prepared breakfast for the family but at one point, she was too distracted with her phone until she poured milk into a bowl of raw turkey. Starting from that point, since his father and brother are also busy with their own schedule, Newt takes charge of breakfast. AZRIQ AIMAN AZMAN

- 17. SAMPLE PARAGRAPH Firstly, Newt can be a good role model for teenagers because he is a brave person. He shows his bravery although he has Acrophobia – the fear of heights. This can be seen when he helps Cecil, one of his best friends, to get a big bass drum by climbing on to a Dumpster. Although the drum is not in perfect condition, Cecil sees it as a beautiful thing. He really likes to play drum and at times he will perform an air drum roll. He is also into music as he dresses up as Mozart during the Halloween celebration. Cecil cannot get the big drum by himself because he is afraid of garbage bags. As a result, he contacts Captain Nobody through the walkie-talkie and asks for help. Captain Nobody dashes to the meeting place and Cecil is already there waiting with a red wagon. He is determined to bring the big drum home. At first, Captain Nobody hesitates to climb the Dumpster because the Dumpster is quite high. He gathers his courage after Cecil insists the job is meant for Captain Nobody. He manages to reach on top of the Dumpster and accidentally looks down. He reminds himself that he is Captain Nobody and that has calmed him down. He continues to grab the drum and slides it at the edge of the bin into Cecil’s waiting hands. In the end, through the bravery shown by Captain Nobody, he manages to fulfill Cecil greatest dream, which is to get the thing that he really loves – a big bass drum. As a teenager, we must be brave not only to face challenges, but also to conquer our greatest fear. Once we have achieved that, we can easily face any challenges that comes later. Apart from that, Captain Nobody also shows that by being brave, we could also help those who are in need. Therefore, Captain Nobody has shown an example of how to be a good role model for teenagers. - 21. S(tatement) Firstly, Newt struggles to gain attention especially from people around him. His parents seem to pay more attention to his famous brother, Chris. In school, everyone else does not even notice his presence and aware that he is Chris’ brother. TE E(laboration) Most of the time, Newt is living under the shadow of his brother, Chris, who is a famous football player representing Fillmore High. Every time Newt introduces himself as Chris’ brother, people will be shocked and reply that they did not know Chris Newman had a little brother. When Chris falls into his coma, Newt has to manage his daily life on his own as his parents are busy attending to Chris at the hospital. At young age, he manages take care of himself although he is not getting enough attention from people around him. Even in school, Newt is not getting any attention. This can be seen when he will seclude himself from other kids before school starts. He will spend some time on his sketchbook and only Cecil and JJ, his best friends, who are aware of Newt’s talent in drawing. R(elate) At the end of the day, Newt manages to improve himself after being Captain Nobody. He has several rescue attempts and the main highlight is when he saves Reggie Ratner in the water tower incident. Reggie’s foot is stuck between two beams on the tower and Captain Nobody manages to untie his shoe. The act is being shown ‘live’ in the local Television news therefore the Appleton community begins to put their attention on Newt. At the end of the day, Newt is famous and well- known. He even receives token of appreciation from the mayor. AZRIQ AIMAN AZMAN
