On block 3, around the parking garage is where a police station
will be built. The rest of the space will be residential.
2. ——During the city of Miramar’s time of
incorporation in 1955, the population was
no more than 200 people and 2.9 square
miles of land. With the motto “Beauty and
Progress” the city has surely embodied
that.
—Now, the city is home to more than
100,000 residents and has expanded to 31
square miles of land. Making Miramar the
fifth largest city in Broward County.

Currently, the Town Center is one of
the city’s biggest projects. The Town Cen-
ter is still in the construction phases and
although, it is not yet complete, it promises
to be a mini haven that provides everything
from dining, entertainment, services, com-
munity and residence.
Dining
There are two restaurants: Asian Bistro &
La Famiglia Italian Restaurant. There is also
a Subway, Coffee & Espresso Café, Juice &
Smoothie Bar, as well as a Tapas & Cigar Bar.
Entertainment
The Miramar Cultural Center –Arts Park has
an array events that can be attended. They
have Theatre Shows, Ballets, Art Galleries and
Opera’s. There’s something for everyone.
The Cultural Center/Arts Park is a multi-
purpose facility where many different events
are held including concerts, seminars, recep-
tions, classes and more. —The center has a
banquet hall, full service kitchen, conference
room, art galleries, studios, and a botanical
garden which can be rented out for events
like weddings.
—Services and Community
Location, Location, Location! Because the
Town Center is in the center of the city it
should feature some of the necessities. And it
will. The area has local banking, a nail salon, a
chiropractor , a gym (24 hour Fitness), a li-
brary, and a market. And its all within walking
distance of one another!
—Residence
The Town Center cur-
rently offers urban style
condominiums: Sevilla.
Sevilla is a Mediterranean/urban style neigh-
borhood that features 24 hour security, pri-
vate balconies, parking garage and a pool.
The residence features include central air
conditioning, washer/dryer, resident eleva-
tor, and great floor plans.
