**WBP is a bouquet of components that an employee could
choose from, based on personal needs and preferences.
The amount declared towards the components, subject to
limits, will be reduced from the pre-tax salary.
J Gross CTC (Sum of G to I)
Increment Amount
*** This bonus will be considered for bonus payable under Indian Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
Shift Bonus – will continued to be paid basis Company Policy and will be considered for Indian Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
If you are currently on a long term onsite assignment, the above revised compensation will be applicable to you on completion of the assignment
All the above changes are subject to Company policy
The Revised Salary includes SEED increment – if applicable
The annualized increase is prorated for the period starting from April 1, 2015 / Date of Joining / Date of last salary revision to March 31, 2016
Incentives ― In addition to the Gross Cost To Company, you may also be entitled to incentives based on the process / function you are in
