An International Novel PlatformAn International Novel Platform
An innovative platform of collectiveAn innovative platform of collective
works of literatureworks of literature..
An idea provided by: Kontomichis Venedictos
Simatou Athina
Skomvoulis Michalis
ProblemProblem
• Lack of innovation in literature
• During the last decades literature is characterized
by stagnation
• The literary production is characterized by banality
and commercialism.
SolutionSolution
• A web platform, which will serve as the core
generator of collective novels
• A web platform that will bring together all the
contemporary artists (already famous or not)
• A web platform, which will operate as a mediator
that will connect authors with publishers and
readers.
DescriptionDescription
• Central idea of the platfrom The creation of
an area where all the collective literary works
will be gothered together
• The platform offers the opportunity to writers
& poets to create collective works of
litterature
• It brings together creators, publishers and
readers
How will it work?
 Each author will be subscribed to the platform with
an annual fee of 30 euros. With this fee, he/she will
be able to start a story from the beginning or to
continue an existing one. The creation limit: Three
stories simultaneously. The authors will be of three
types:
1. Professional writers / poets
2. Amateur writers/poets
3. Freshman writers/poets
 Each publisher will be subscribed to platform with
an annual fee of 60 euros
The publisher will be able to read each collective
work of literature, to buy its copyrightes and
publish it
For each collective work of literature the publisher
will pay lump a predetermined sum (50% of which
will go to the platform and 50% to the authors)
How will it work? How will it work?
 For each further issue the publisher will be
bound to pay the copyrights of authors for each
further issue.
➢ It will be given the possibility to the publishers
to come into personal contact with talented
writers.
➢ Each reader will be registered for free and will
read free of charge every work of literature he
wishes
How will it work? How will it work?
For the outsetFor the outset
 Some famous authors will be invited to launch the
platform with their own novels/poems, in the
purpose to advertise the platform
Those authors, over the long run, will serve as
commentators of the other literary works
Key PointsKey Points
• There will be no advertising
• It will be given the opportunity to comment /
observation from readers / other creators /
publishers
• The "world" platform will determine whether
a literary work should be deleted from the
platform eg because racist speech
• The platform will not offer the possibility
of editing the “texts” of the others
• There will be only the "authors-
commentators“ , who will express their
"scientific" view on every literary work
