3. Duties & Responsibilities:
 To ensure that the quality of material being delivered at site was as per the projects
specifications and standards.
 Supervising of work as per project standards & specification and ensuring the quality of material &
installation as per procedure,standard & contract documents.
 To follow up with the sub-contractor for RFI’s being raised and getting them approved from the
consultants.
 To report any incorrect procedure in carrying out work according to set standards / Project
specifications and any discrepancy or deviation from the design or Approved drawing by raising
NCR’s against the sub-contractor.
 To follow up with the sub-contractors for quick action pertaining to raised NCR’s for its closure.
 Preparing a punch list for all pending works and following up with the sub-contractor for getting it
completed.
 To witness Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipments.
 To prepare heat load calculation, design& routing of Duct and Plumbing systems.
 To prepare MEP Co-ordination drawings.
