I type the agenda for every Sunshine officer meeting and every Sunshine meeting! This shows my computer skills. It also shows an event I have planned.

1. **If you miss a meeting, let Mrs. Burgess and Mrs. Richwine know by sending an email**
If you are working with a teacher, ask that teacher to send them an email to let them
know.
***SERVICE POINTS***
● New members need 3 service points to go on the Chicago Trip and 8
service points to be on the Sweethearts ballot.
● Returning members need 6 activity points to go on the Chicago Trip and
11 service points to be on the Sweethearts ballot.
● If you have sports or other school activities that prevent you from
participating you will be excused if you email Mrs. Richwine ​BEFORE​ ​the
date of the activity. (richwie@epulaski.k12.in.us)

THIS MONTH . . .
Chicago Trip
● Make sure you take a form and have it filled out and turned into Mrs. Burgess by
November 13th​. ​Only take a form if you are eligible!
● November 22 from 9 A.M. to 10:15 P.M.
● In order to attend this trip, you must be at the three meetings leading up to it (unless you
have an excused absence that day) and you must have earned at least 3 activity points
if you are a new SSS member and 6 activity points if you are a returning SSS member.
● A list of all the girls who are eligible to go on the trip is posted on the sunshine
bulletin board by the FACs rooms.
Nursing Home
● Next PCHC date is November 24 from 3:30­4:30
○ Please try to come even if you have already! :)
PTA Gift Wrapping
● December 2 right after school until 4. They asked for help with wrapping the gifts for their
breakfast with Santa.

LOOKING AHEAD. . .
­We will be collecting toys for Human Services December 7th­11th.
­We will help Human Services set up the toy store on December 11th from 3:30­4:40.
­We will be wrapping presents at the toy store on December 12th from 9­12.
­PCHC date for December is the 15th.
