As it is a business in partnership, so all these six individuals are board of members and have been
assigned important leading positions in the company.
About the Company:
This is the first time in the history of Pakistan, that we are coming up with something and fulfilling
that gap in the market and that untapped target audience which was never catered before, we are
about to launch an online store along with the whole outlet if we have funds to start of a full-
fledged clothing line with complete attire for all kind of disabilities and of all sorts
This is the reason we have no direct competition with anyone since there are no market leaders or
giants. Maybe a few people might be selling these clothes but they haven’t succeed in making a
name for themselves or they haven’t succeeded to create a brand image and no one is selling
complete varieties of clothes for all kind of disabilities. Different sellers can be found but we have
no one stop solution for them.
We will first make a brand, and a “one stop solution” platform for disabled people, where we will
give them awareness and our brand will make them more confident and they would never feel
outcast.
Business Objectives
Customers’ analysis would be that the customers’ i.e. the disabled people are looking for a brand
that would be easily available to them so that is why we are opting for online platforms and along
with that we are thinking to open outlets across many areas and region of Pakistan. We will be
positioning our brand as a premium brand that would provide a status and that would provide a
sense of hope and confidence that they are no lesser, they can’t be outcast by the society and they
can achieve everything that they have dreamt of and they’ll have a sense of a ownership and they’ll
have a sense of attachment with the brand. They will customize the clothes according to their
desires that gives them more comfort and courage and the clothes will be easy to wear and all these
factors will add to the brand loyalty and brand image of the Rebirth. They would always consider
the rebirth clothes as these clothes would be the one giving them confidence and the push that they
6
needed to succeed in their lives or that missing piece in their lives that they were searching for,
hence our brand name is rebirth, which means that if you were struggling or if you were depressed
in your life before so this brand will give a new character and a new personality as if you were
born into a new person.

Initial Investment
Our company is founded by six partners, each bringing Rs. 600,000 of initial investment in
company. This sums up to Rs. 3,600,000. Partners of rebirth.pk have mutually decided to invest
the amount of Rs. 3,600,000 on which company would be budgeting initially to establish and run
the business for five years in the survival stage of business. Furthermore, as soon as the business
achieves profits that is Year 4. In Year 5 investors would invest more to grow the operations of
business further.
Executive Summary
Business Concept and Model
This is the first time in the history of Pakistan, that we are coming up with something and fulfilling
that gap in the market and that untapped target audience which was never catered before, we are

and they’ll have a sense of attachment with the brand. They will customize the clothes according
to their desires that gives them more comfort and courage and the clothes will be easy to wear and
all these factors will add to the brand loyalty and brand image of the Rebirth.
First of all, what customers have to do is to go to our websites from their mobile phones, desktops
and laptops. Then when they open the website, they would need an account to access and register
them with us with required information. This could be done in three ways; Google sign in where
they can provide information by giving us access to their Gmail Account information, Facebook
sign in where they give us access to their Facebook information or finally the manual signup in
8
which they have to fill our sign up forms themselves. To begin with user enters the detail of their
clothing choice and description about their disability and what type of colour and size they want
to wear. After selecting and finishing with their desired deals from the filtered search they click
on place order at the end of their selections’ and different payment methods appear with an online
receipt for whatever the mode of payment they want to choose which especially includes payment
via credit cards.
Then we have to bring our suppliers and vendors on board and we will explain our need, size,
style, fashion, colour and what type of wear we want. After our product is finished and ready so
we would send our director logistics for a quality assurance test on the products and we would
check if it is made according to our needs and demand. After things are approved by our director
logistics, the product will be dispatched through the courier service i.e leopard service to our
respective customers

Exit Strategy
In the case of poor performance and failure to meet the breakeven point, the exit strategy is
acquisition. If we continuously make loss and cannot afford to run this business anymore then we
will sell it to an acquirer at a fair price. Many companies might be interested in buying Rebirth as
it will give them access to an untapped market which will give their business a boost. This way
although we will give ownership away, but our brand will continue to exist and prosper in the
years to come. If we fail to sell Rebirth and are incurring heavy losses, then we will go for
liquidation in order to avoid further loss and bankruptcy of partners. In the case that one partner
wishes to leave the company, then the dissolving of partnership will be done and a new partnership
deed will be signed. This new partnership deed will either include a new partner replacing the old
or simply include the remaining partners. A third party lawyer will be hired to take care of such
dealings in order to avoid conflict of interest as an existing lawyer in the organization may have
biasness against the partners. In all cases, the best possible outcome for all stakeholders will be
decided upon and the business will not be treated as the personal property of any one partner.
Industry Analysis
PEST analysis
Political
We will try the operations are efficient and we would try are best to perform them with peace,
contest and claimity. Therefore govt will play a huge role and huge part, so we will follow each
and every step that would not violate any law. Even more since this is a brand for special purpose
and cause, so we would try our best if we can take our govt on board and ask for subsidies and

organizations for the past 4 years.
10
since there is a speculation that due to covid 19 there will a increase in taxes so we would pass on
the taxes to our customers.
Economical
People in Pakistan are concerned about social norms and they have a weak spot for disable people.
Even in our social settings we are surrounded by many disabled people who are not confident
enough or lack confidence. So this clothing line will boost their confidence.
Social
The economic situation due to covid 19 will change the face of the world and it is expected that it
will impact the world for atleast 2 more years and this rule of social distancing will be followed.
So in these current conditions we would not open up any outlets since people are going all digital
Technological
As our services are application based we are highly dependent on social and online platforms. As
technology is evolving we will have to keep updating and tweaking our application and websites
according to consumer needs and demand. Nowadays consumer generated marketing has become
vital and we will incorporate it to understand our consumer needs.
11
Legal
We will abide to all laws in Constitution of Pakistan 1973 which regard to our business. For legal
taxation we will have a legal advisor who will guide us in all legal matters. We also want to note
that we would only consider travel agents who have a license and they are not operating illegally.
SWOT analysis
Strength
1. No clothing line currently focusing on it
2. Even if someone is offering, that individual have not succeeded in making a brand for himself
3. Untapped market
4. Unfilled gap
5. Customizations can be done, thus personal contact with customers
6. Brand loyalty is created
Weakness
1. Very niche market
2. Lack of awareness
3. Difficult to motivate people that they are not outcast and they should also feel free to do fashion
4. No previous market research as how to carry out activities
Opportunity
1. Untapped market
2. Gap is not fulfilled
3. If proper awareness is created, everyone will turn towards our brand
4. Disabled people are gradually owing up and they want something for their own
5. Chance to become the trend makers
6. Chance to become the market leaders
12
Threats
1. Others can enter the market easily if a proper brand is made and it’s doing well
2. No proper awareness till now
3. Sensitive brand
4. Advertising and campaigns should be well designed since it can backfire
5. Gathering target market into one place.
Porter five field analysis: (To get insight about competition)
We can even do Porter five field analysis so we can know that if in near future what would be the
competition position and what kind of competition we could face.
Threat of substitution:
In terms of product and performance, there is no substitute since it is already providing the solution
that could be solved in only one way and we are offering that way by making customized clothing.
There is no other no other way.
Threat of new entry:
It is always there, and if in the near future we are successful in making the “Rebirth” a huge brand
so it would attract others onto the market as well. It’s because they are aware of the fact that in
Pakistan there would be only one brand doing all this and there is plenty of room for others to
come and make a name for themselves
13
Buyer Power:
No of customers or the market is niche, it is because rebirth is all about a particular sect or for
particular people. So there are not many customers but when it comes customizations and personal
contact with the customers so they are willing to pay more and if rebirth is successful, it would act
as a monopoly and customers won’t have much choice or say when it comes to some matters or
ways they would disagree upon or don’t like
Suppliers Power:
Suppliers have a little or less power on rebirth, and it is because the materials or the things that is
needed are available or can be bought from so many different suppliers. We have ample or a large
number of suppliers supplying this thing. It’s because the main thing or the USP is within our
operating team and that is the creativity and designs on the clothing line.
Competitive Rivalry:
First of all we are tapping into the new market and targeting new market so there is not much of a
competition and we are assuming that even if a competitor enters into a market, so by that time we
should have made our brand image so strong that people would have brand loyalty, they would be
able to own it and they would have a sense of ownership and they would feel confident
14
Description of the Venture
Mission Statement
Rebirth will first time make a “one stop solution” platform for disabled people, where they will get all type
and kinds of body wears and customers will feel more confident after wearing them and they will never
feel outcast.
Reason for the Venture
Basically the product we are offering or the clothing line that we are about to start have no real or
very less competition. It is because although we are operating in the clothing industry but for many
decades we have seen that the clothing industry giants such as Khaadi, Gul Ahmed and Nishaat
they are all doing wonders but they never tapped that target market or that particular area or that
gap which was there of the minorities of Pakistan i.e the disabled community whom we are often
seen from time to time and again and again that they don’t feel comfortable and they feel outcast
and they have problem wearing and moving in the normal clothes.
This is the first time in the history of Pakistan, that we are coming up with something and fulfilling
that gap in the market and that untapped target audience which was never catered before, we are
about to launch an online store along with the whole outlet if we have funds to start of a full-

giants. Maybe a few people might be selling these clothes but they haven’t succeed in making a
name for themselves or they haven’t succeeded to create a brand image and no one is selling
complete varieties of clothes for all kind of disabilities. Different sellers can be found but we have
no “one stop solution”
15
We will first make a brand, and a “one stop solution” platform for disabled people, where we will
give them awareness and our brand will make them more confident and they would never feel
outcast.

circumstances and other issues.
17
Backstage Actions:
To operate with this service, we must first get our website developed from the developers. Then
we have to bring our suppliers and vendors on board and we will explain our need, size, style,
fashion, colour and what type of wear we want. After our product is finished and ready so we
would send our director logistics for a quality assurance test on the products and we would check

the product will be dispatched through the courier service i.e leopard service to our respective
customers
Support Process:
A frequently occurring problem will be the debugging of our websites with time for which we
will hire software programmers. The websites will have to be frequently maintained and edited
throughout. Customer support services will be an ongoing part of the service so that we are always
available for our customer needs and queries. Marketing activities are an important part of the
support process where changing months will bring new demands of seasons, festivals, holidays
and other stuff in place and marketing activities would help promote them in our offerings.

Assessment of risks:
Website Maintenance: An important task for an online business is maintaining the website and not
letting a break down happen during an important time when people are looking for the travel
packages and different other services which is a major challenge and risk for us especially when
the online traffic is the most. A frequently occurring problem will be the debugging of our
application with time for which we will hire software programmers. The website and application
will have to be frequently maintained.
Emerging market: Launching this service in the emerging market is difficult because the idea can
be easily copied and competition could become intense for the best service provider. Consequently,
we would have to tackle the competition, which would be difficult in the initial years, and people
will really want to go the best service which won’t give them a run for their money. This could be
22
minimized by maintaining good relationships with our suppliers and doing extensive marketing
and making goodwill.
Clothing brand can create a bad name: During the shopping experience if customers face any
inconvenience or unfortunate incidents in the services provided by our suppliers, customers would
be dissatisfied and this would create a bad name for our business .To solve this, we would have to
set standards with our suppliers and make sure that they would efficiently work with all the
facilities they are providing bring their commission on the line for a bad service.
Marketing Plan

TARGET MARKET
Basically the product we are offering or the clothing line that we are about to start have no real or
very less competition. It is because although we are operating in the clothing industry but for many
decades we have seen that the clothing industry giants such as Khaadi, Gul Ahmed and Nishta they
are all doing wonders but they never tapped that target market or that particular area or that gap
which was there of the minorities of Pakistan i.e the disabled community whom we are often seen
from time to time and again and again that they don’t feel comfortable and they feel outcast and
they have problem wearing and moving in the normal clothes.
STRATEGIES
Product:
We will build an website which will give a one stop solution on one platform and make it easy for
a normal layman person to book or order something on their fingertips. We will be an intermediary
between the disabled consumers and their desire to dress in a fashionable way that would also
solve the problems that they were facing before. Our website will also include show shoot pictures
of different models with the feature of 360 degree photo, just to give them the ultimate experience.
As far as our product is considered, we would be providing proper apparel including shirts and
pants. Every time of clothing would be solving the disability problems that were mention above.
Hence we will be giving causal and formal. We would also provide them customized discounts
based on their income and age.
Products Cost (Rupees)
Formal Shirts 700
Causal shirts 400
Causal pants 600
Formal Pants 800
Price:
24
We would be charging premium prices as our product is for the niche market and it is a representation of
status and representation of something new and unique for the gap that was not fulfilled in the market. So
we would be charging a little high prices as this is not only solving the problem for the disability but it is
also providing them with fashion and style.
Place:
Suit number 413, Anum Blessing K.C.H.S Block-⅞ Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The rent we will be paying
for this office will be Rs.35, 000 which we feel is reasonable for a place that is densely located with
resources around. The area is the centre of the city and this area is known as the business hub.
Promotion:
To achieve our marketing objectives and our business objectives following is our promotional plan that we
will execute:
• Social Media:
We will promote Rebirth by creating awareness on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and
Snapchat. We mainly want to focus on making our application spread positive Word of Mouth (WOM)
through bloggers and vloggers. Nowadays people heavily rely on bloggers reviews and celebrity
endorsements which give them honest feedback of the product. Furthermore we’ll launch a social media
campaign through the hashtag #therearemanywaystolivelife and we’ll post a social media challenges where
people wearing our clothes will post a picture of themselves with this hashtag. This would empower them
that they are no less and they would never be outcastand with the help of this hashtag evenwe cancalculate
and measure the success of our brand
• Advertisement:
To persuade our target market we’ll make advertisement to be played on social media through sponsored
advertisements. All the top personalities in Pakistan that have some sort of disabilities would be presented
in that advertisement and they would share their success stories, as how they got their and how their
disabilities never got in their way. Furthermore after that they would promote our brand, as how it helps
them boost their confidence and how it was one if the factor in their success.
25
• Personal Selling/ Sponsorship:
We are also set to appear in events to promote our application and to sponsor concerts and huge events to
make our name more prominent in the eyes of the consumer. Like levis jeans have a lounge where
celebrities come and sing, even we’ll open up a singing lounge by the name of “Rebirth Now” with the
same concept.
• Affiliations/PR activities/ OOH:
We will get affiliated with different schools and colleges such as MAD school currently operating in
Karachi. We will held different type of competitions especially for disabled people and we would provide
scholarships and different rewards to those who would win and they would promote our brand. Further if
some budget would be left, we can invest it on billboards for OOH
Pre-Launch:
A prelaunch as the name suggests, works as a pre-hype for the launch of a product or company. In the case
of Rebirth, pre-launch activities are very important in order to inject the idea into the systems of the public
as rebirth is a totally new concept and people need time to get used to of something that has never been
commercially thought of.
For the pre-launch of this brand, awareness sessions and seminars need to be conducted in order to firstly,
enlighten people with the needs of the disable people that are very unconsciously neglected in our society.
For that matter, vloggers will also be hired and guests appearances by Rebirth spokesperson can be done
into the famous podcasts like that of social media influencers Junaid Akram and Shehzad Ghias Shaikh.
Bulk emails will be publicly sent out using softwares like ActiveCampaign which can target a lot of people
and raise the awareness about the product and trigger the emotional quotient.
Cricket has always been a thriving sport in Pakistan with the most viewership amongst any sort of sports
and Pakistan also tends to have a Disable Cricket Team which is not very hyped up but plays with the
country badge.A disable cricket tournament/match by Rebirth canbe conducted to target the exactaudience
that can turn out as the customers for the brand as well as raising awareness and investing in a good cause.

Moreover, marketing mails, SMS and social media campaigns will be carried out to attract as many people
as possible into this cause of earning along with giving back to the society.
Launch:
This is the phase where the initial goal is to focus on sales and ROI and strategize it in the most secure way
possible.
For the launch, Rebirth will focus on creating business ties with thriving business in order to gain platforms
that can target mass audience. Launch event will take place to float the idea into the market and Lead
generation will be focused after the launch to get the product to its deserving owner as soon as possible.
Demos will be given to the people as well as CSR activities will be laid down to help the very needy part
of the society and gain publicity out of it at the same time which will go on to cause sales enhancement and
benefit in long term.
Press Releases,Advertisements and Media interviews, PR and bloggers outreach will be other ways to go
about disclosing the launch of this unique idea into the market which will be the way to reachmassaudience
and it is believed that people will realize the worth of it sooner than expected.
Post Launch:
The post launch activities consist of ways to measure the impact on the market and to gain feedback of the
products.
The reviews will be conducted online as well as on ground from the consumers of Rebirth and testimonials
will be issued. Analysts will be taken on board to review the products.
Required improvements and innovations will be indulged into the product keeping inline the reviews and
consumer responses.
Retention and loyalty gaining programs are also a major part of post launch which will take place in the
Rebirth Journey.
27
Marketing Strategy:
We have no direct competition, but yet people are not aware of our brand. It is really hard to convince
people, so on the initial stage we would only try to create “awareness” and try to get out product on
consumers “TOM”.So the first stage would be all about making ads and throwing adson different platforms
as much as we can with catchy jingles and songs so that we can create a buzz and positive WOM. Now that
everyone would be aware that there is a brand with the name of rebirth in the market (maturity), now comes
the stage where we have to gain consumers and stay sustainable in the long run. So our marketing tactics
would change, all our ad campaign would be all about “rational” ads that what features are we offering and
how we are different from others; this would create a “USP” similarly with the rational element, our ad
would have an “emotional” touch and this is a very important element since it creates that “connection”
with the brand. With this emotional and slice of life element people can relate to the brand and they start to
own up the brand and it’s not just a brand for them. It’s a way of living. Since it is a very sensitive brand,
we have to choose carefully about the advertising and the campaign that we launch since it can
hurt the sentiments and emotions of the people. We have to be careful about how explicit we can
go while portraying an ad, or showing their disabilities or portraying their pictures
Measuring Parameters
Sales Control:
This would be carried out by maintaining rigorous record of sales receipt. Weekly it will be tallied with
backend sales record in system. Moreover, to make sure we stay connected with customers, we would take
their numbers and would send them sms wheneverour newcollections would come.Furthermore we would
generate a “unique customer number” so that payment made can directly show on our system against the
“customer’s number”. Then out loyal customers would get a “loyalty cards” and “discount coupons”.
Furthermore this number will help us track down any irregularity occurring.
Quality Control:
Quality would be an element that would be strongly embedded in the culture of Rebirth and the service it
will be providing to its customers as well. Quality control would be carried out by ensuring strong
28
communication with internal and external stakeholders for outstanding customer service. Moreover, a user
friendly website will be developed to keep the essence of convenience alive in the business. This would be
done by making sure that the website of Rebirth demonstrate on how customers can the website.
Furthermore, our customers would be incentivize by “loyalty cards” and “discount coupons” We would
have a”write your review” option on Facebook page and on the website that would be throughly checked
by our team and if any inconvenience would occur so we would give them “complimentary gift”
Furthermore we would have a “clients diaries” section based on their pictures wearing our dress and along
with that a little empowerment message as how our clothing changed their life. This would motivate others
to actually buy our product and can help us built brand loyalty.
Inventory Control:
The approach that we would be following in this step would be the “Just in time” (JIT) approach. This
approach would be useful because this would reduce our storage cost and hence there would be no need for
a warehouse or storage place. Furthermore we would never have liquidity crisis or our money would not
be tied up in stocks as we would starting producing the clothes once the order have been placed and we
would work on credit with our suppliers and pay them the money once our customers have paid us for their
respective orders.
Disbursement Control:
Furthermore Rebirth will constantly convey customer feedback to ensure they improve their customer
experiences and generate positive reviews. Constructive criticism will lead to an improvement in services.
Besides that, to make certain that quality is consistent Gap Model will be incorporated to identify the gaps
in service that Rebirth is offering. Hence, this will enable owners of this business to eradicate the
bottlenecks and gaps and replace it with effective and efficient solutions. Following diagram illustrates how
this gap model will work:
29
1. Knowledge Gap: It occurs when customer needs and expectations does not match with management
definition of those needs and expectations. For example, Rebirth fails to identify customer needs and
perceive them wrongly. A misunderstanding of those needs between two parties can create this gap.
2. Standards Gap: Due to misunderstanding of the needs created in first step is now translated into the plan
that particular business has created to meet those needs. It includes the designs and specifications. In case
of Rebirth plans on the design of app and website that is not what customers are expecting or is very hard
to understand. It may become a drawback for them.
3. Delivery Gap: It is when business delivers what it has planned. The gap occurs when the quality of
delivery is not up to the assigned standards. For example rebirth does not give better customer service or
convenience that it has promised to its customers.
4. Internal Communication Gap: Internal communication is communication within business among
partners and employees. Conflicts and disagreements tend to occur because of this.
30
5.PerceptionsGap: In the whole process customer may be perceiving the execution of service in a different
way. But when a service provider delivers the service, it might be different from customer perceptions,
which might cause perception gap.
6. Interpretation Gap: It occurs when the advertising and brand promise is promoted in a certain way.
However, customers are interpreting that promise communicated to them in a different way.
7. Service Gap: Hence,in the end all above mentioned gaps lead to service gap where customer experience
contradicts with customer perception. It can surely occurin Rebirth if ownersdo not identify these potential
gaps.
This model will be highly effective for our business, as it identifies bottlenecks at each stage of service
provision.
Liquidity Control:
Finance Directors will be responsible for it. Cash and card based transactions will be made by customers.
Microsoft Excel sheetswill be preparedand regular bookkeeping will be done to avoid any ambiguities and
loopholes. Furthermore we would never have liquidity crisis or our money would not be tied up in stocks
as we would starting producing the clothes once the order have been placed and we would work on credit
with our suppliers and pay them the money once our customers have paid us for their respective orders.
Assumptions:
* For our fixed assets the depreciation method that we are using is the “Straight line method”
* Our office would be on sharing basis with other businesses
* The fluctuations in our expenses are due to the inflation rate stated by IMF in the future
* The peon salary would be shared by every business in that office
* For our sales assumptions we have shown the working below
* For our cost assumptions we have shown the working below s
* We have treated base year as base month according to the nature of our business
* We have assumed that the rent will increase by 10% every year.
31
Calculation is in excel file.

  • 5. 5 As it is a business in partnership, so all these six individuals are board of members and have been assigned important leading positions in the company. About the Company: This is the first time in the history of Pakistan, that we are coming up with something and fulfilling that gap in the market and that untapped target audience which was never catered before, we are about to launch an online store along with the whole outlet if we have funds to start of a full- fledged clothing line with complete attire for all kind of disabilities and of all sorts This is the reason we have no direct competition with anyone since there are no market leaders or giants. Maybe a few people might be selling these clothes but they haven’t succeed in making a name for themselves or they haven’t succeeded to create a brand image and no one is selling complete varieties of clothes for all kind of disabilities. Different sellers can be found but we have no one stop solution for them. We will first make a brand, and a “one stop solution” platform for disabled people, where we will give them awareness and our brand will make them more confident and they would never feel outcast. Business Objectives Customers’ analysis would be that the customers’ i.e. the disabled people are looking for a brand that would be easily available to them so that is why we are opting for online platforms and along with that we are thinking to open outlets across many areas and region of Pakistan. We will be positioning our brand as a premium brand that would provide a status and that would provide a sense of hope and confidence that they are no lesser, they can’t be outcast by the society and they can achieve everything that they have dreamt of and they’ll have a sense of a ownership and they’ll have a sense of attachment with the brand. They will customize the clothes according to their desires that gives them more comfort and courage and the clothes will be easy to wear and all these factors will add to the brand loyalty and brand image of the Rebirth. They would always consider the rebirth clothes as these clothes would be the one giving them confidence and the push that they
  • 6. 6 needed to succeed in their lives or that missing piece in their lives that they were searching for, hence our brand name is rebirth, which means that if you were struggling or if you were depressed in your life before so this brand will give a new character and a new personality as if you were born into a new person. ➢ Hope ➢ Sense of confidence ➢ Sense of Ownership ➢ Status ➢ They are no lesser ➢ They can achieve everything ➢ Walk head to head with the society ➢ They don’t feel outcast ➢ Customization ➢ Easy to wear with the disabilities they have ➢ All Size available (this times clothes won’t be hanging anymore) ➢ Varieties (no matter going for a formal thing or sports) ➢ “Your thought and our design” ➢ Brand image ➢ Brand loyalty
  • 7. 7 Initial Investment Our company is founded by six partners, each bringing Rs. 600,000 of initial investment in company. This sums up to Rs. 3,600,000. Partners of rebirth.pk have mutually decided to invest the amount of Rs. 3,600,000 on which company would be budgeting initially to establish and run the business for five years in the survival stage of business. Furthermore, as soon as the business achieves profits that is Year 4. In Year 5 investors would invest more to grow the operations of business further. Executive Summary Business Concept and Model This is the first time in the history of Pakistan, that we are coming up with something and fulfilling that gap in the market and that untapped target audience which was never catered before, we are about to launch an online store along with the whole outlet if we have funds to start of a full- fledged clothing line with complete attire for all kind of disabilities and of all sorts. We will first make a brand, and a “one stop solution” platform for disabled people, where we will give them awareness and our brand will make them more confident and they would never feel outcast. First of all, what customers have to do is to go to our websites from their mobile phones, desktops and laptops. Then when they open the website, they would need an account to access and register them with us with required information. This could be done in three ways; Google sign in where they can provide information by giving us access to their Gmail Account information, Facebook sign in where they give us access to their Facebook information or finally the manual signup in
  • 8. 8 which they have to fill our sign up forms themselves. To begin with user enters the detail of their clothing choice and description about their disability and what type of colour and size they want to wear. After selecting and finishing with their desired deals from the filtered search they click on place order at the end of their selections’ and different payment methods appear with an online receipt for whatever the mode of payment they want to choose which especially includes payment via credit cards. Then we have to bring our suppliers and vendors on board and we will explain our need, size, style, fashion, colour and what type of wear we want. After our product is finished and ready so we would send our director logistics for a quality assurance test on the products and we would check if it is made according to our needs and demand. After things are approved by our director logistics, the product will be dispatched through the courier service i.e leopard service to our respective customers Name Designation Prior Experience Saif Khan Executive Director Saif is currently working in Rex market and has his own clothing line which is operated over social media apps such as FaceBook and Instagram. He has an existing customer base with students from different universities across Karachi. Syed Ghulam Mujtaba Finance Director Mujtaba has an experience of working with banks dealing with numbers and liquidity as well as budgeting and forecasting. Shayan Tariq Director PR He has an experience of working in customer service, so he is skilled at dealing with customers and expanding business . Asad Ali Marketing director He has an experience of 2 years of working in the marketing department at Daraz and was a project lead for promoting Daraz .pk on social media. Ammar Baloch Director Logistics Ammar has an experience of working in logistics dep for various organizations, so he is skilled at it
  • 9. 9 Exit Strategy In the case of poor performance and failure to meet the breakeven point, the exit strategy is acquisition. If we continuously make loss and cannot afford to run this business anymore then we will sell it to an acquirer at a fair price. Many companies might be interested in buying Rebirth as it will give them access to an untapped market which will give their business a boost. This way although we will give ownership away, but our brand will continue to exist and prosper in the years to come. If we fail to sell Rebirth and are incurring heavy losses, then we will go for liquidation in order to avoid further loss and bankruptcy of partners. In the case that one partner wishes to leave the company, then the dissolving of partnership will be done and a new partnership deed will be signed. This new partnership deed will either include a new partner replacing the old or simply include the remaining partners. A third party lawyer will be hired to take care of such dealings in order to avoid conflict of interest as an existing lawyer in the organization may have biasness against the partners. In all cases, the best possible outcome for all stakeholders will be decided upon and the business will not be treated as the personal property of any one partner. Industry Analysis PEST analysis Political We will try the operations are efficient and we would try are best to perform them with peace, contest and claimity. Therefore govt will play a huge role and huge part, so we will follow each and every step that would not violate any law. Even more since this is a brand for special purpose and cause, so we would try our best if we can take our govt on board and ask for subsidies and Hira Abrar Human Resource Director She has an experience of working in leading organizations for the past 4 years.
  • 10. 10 since there is a speculation that due to covid 19 there will a increase in taxes so we would pass on the taxes to our customers. Economical People in Pakistan are concerned about social norms and they have a weak spot for disable people. Even in our social settings we are surrounded by many disabled people who are not confident enough or lack confidence. So this clothing line will boost their confidence. Social The economic situation due to covid 19 will change the face of the world and it is expected that it will impact the world for atleast 2 more years and this rule of social distancing will be followed. So in these current conditions we would not open up any outlets since people are going all digital Technological As our services are application based we are highly dependent on social and online platforms. As technology is evolving we will have to keep updating and tweaking our application and websites according to consumer needs and demand. Nowadays consumer generated marketing has become vital and we will incorporate it to understand our consumer needs.
  • 11. 11 Legal We will abide to all laws in Constitution of Pakistan 1973 which regard to our business. For legal taxation we will have a legal advisor who will guide us in all legal matters. We also want to note that we would only consider travel agents who have a license and they are not operating illegally. SWOT analysis Strength 1. No clothing line currently focusing on it 2. Even if someone is offering, that individual have not succeeded in making a brand for himself 3. Untapped market 4. Unfilled gap 5. Customizations can be done, thus personal contact with customers 6. Brand loyalty is created Weakness 1. Very niche market 2. Lack of awareness 3. Difficult to motivate people that they are not outcast and they should also feel free to do fashion 4. No previous market research as how to carry out activities Opportunity 1. Untapped market 2. Gap is not fulfilled 3. If proper awareness is created, everyone will turn towards our brand 4. Disabled people are gradually owing up and they want something for their own 5. Chance to become the trend makers 6. Chance to become the market leaders
  • 12. 12 Threats 1. Others can enter the market easily if a proper brand is made and it’s doing well 2. No proper awareness till now 3. Sensitive brand 4. Advertising and campaigns should be well designed since it can backfire 5. Gathering target market into one place. Porter five field analysis: (To get insight about competition) We can even do Porter five field analysis so we can know that if in near future what would be the competition position and what kind of competition we could face. Threat of substitution: In terms of product and performance, there is no substitute since it is already providing the solution that could be solved in only one way and we are offering that way by making customized clothing. There is no other no other way. Threat of new entry: It is always there, and if in the near future we are successful in making the “Rebirth” a huge brand so it would attract others onto the market as well. It’s because they are aware of the fact that in Pakistan there would be only one brand doing all this and there is plenty of room for others to come and make a name for themselves
  • 13. 13 Buyer Power: No of customers or the market is niche, it is because rebirth is all about a particular sect or for particular people. So there are not many customers but when it comes customizations and personal contact with the customers so they are willing to pay more and if rebirth is successful, it would act as a monopoly and customers won’t have much choice or say when it comes to some matters or ways they would disagree upon or don’t like Suppliers Power: Suppliers have a little or less power on rebirth, and it is because the materials or the things that is needed are available or can be bought from so many different suppliers. We have ample or a large number of suppliers supplying this thing. It’s because the main thing or the USP is within our operating team and that is the creativity and designs on the clothing line. Competitive Rivalry: First of all we are tapping into the new market and targeting new market so there is not much of a competition and we are assuming that even if a competitor enters into a market, so by that time we should have made our brand image so strong that people would have brand loyalty, they would be able to own it and they would have a sense of ownership and they would feel confident
  • 14. 14 Description of the Venture Mission Statement Rebirth will first time make a “one stop solution” platform for disabled people, where they will get all type and kinds of body wears and customers will feel more confident after wearing them and they will never feel outcast. Reason for the Venture Basically the product we are offering or the clothing line that we are about to start have no real or very less competition. It is because although we are operating in the clothing industry but for many decades we have seen that the clothing industry giants such as Khaadi, Gul Ahmed and Nishaat they are all doing wonders but they never tapped that target market or that particular area or that gap which was there of the minorities of Pakistan i.e the disabled community whom we are often seen from time to time and again and again that they don’t feel comfortable and they feel outcast and they have problem wearing and moving in the normal clothes. This is the first time in the history of Pakistan, that we are coming up with something and fulfilling that gap in the market and that untapped target audience which was never catered before, we are about to launch an online store along with the whole outlet if we have funds to start of a full- fledged clothing line with complete attire for all kind of disabilities and of all sorts This is the reason we have no direct competition with anyone since there are no market leaders or giants. Maybe a few people might be selling these clothes but they haven’t succeed in making a name for themselves or they haven’t succeeded to create a brand image and no one is selling complete varieties of clothes for all kind of disabilities. Different sellers can be found but we have no “one stop solution”

Then finally it ends with a Thank you note. Onstage Contact Actions: Different type of contact actions will be present. First the chat bots will help with queries while they are placing orders and other usage of the application. Secondly an email option will also exist where customers can email us for other queries which don’t require immediate response. Otherwise, customers can call us at our customer care department number for emergency circumstances and other issues.
  • 17. 17 Backstage Actions: To operate with this service, we must first get our website developed from the developers. Then we have to bring our suppliers and vendors on board and we will explain our need, size, style, fashion, colour and what type of wear we want. After our product is finished and ready so we would send our director logistics for a quality assurance test on the products and we would check if it is made according to our needs and demand. After things are approved by our director logistics, the product will be dispatched through the courier service i.e leopard service to our respective customers Support Process: A frequently occurring problem will be the debugging of our websites with time for which we will hire software programmers. The websites will have to be frequently maintained and edited throughout. Customer support services will be an ongoing part of the service so that we are always available for our customer needs and queries. Marketing activities are an important part of the support process where changing months will bring new demands of seasons, festivals, holidays and other stuff in place and marketing activities would help promote them in our offerings. • 21. 21 Partners Designation Saif Khan Executive Director Syed Ghulam Mujtaba Director Finance Shayan Tariq Director PR Asad Ali Director Marketing Ammar Baloch Director Logistics Hira Abrar Director Human Resource Assessment of risks: Website Maintenance: An important task for an online business is maintaining the website and not letting a break down happen during an important time when people are looking for the travel packages and different other services which is a major challenge and risk for us especially when the online traffic is the most. A frequently occurring problem will be the debugging of our application with time for which we will hire software programmers. The website and application will have to be frequently maintained. Emerging market: Launching this service in the emerging market is difficult because the idea can be easily copied and competition could become intense for the best service provider. Consequently, we would have to tackle the competition, which would be difficult in the initial years, and people will really want to go the best service which won’t give them a run for their money. This could be
  • 22. 22 minimized by maintaining good relationships with our suppliers and doing extensive marketing and making goodwill. Clothing brand can create a bad name: During the shopping experience if customers face any inconvenience or unfortunate incidents in the services provided by our suppliers, customers would be dissatisfied and this would create a bad name for our business .To solve this, we would have to set standards with our suppliers and make sure that they would efficiently work with all the facilities they are providing bring their commission on the line for a bad service. • 23. 23 TARGET MARKET Basically the product we are offering or the clothing line that we are about to start have no real or very less competition. It is because although we are operating in the clothing industry but for many decades we have seen that the clothing industry giants such as Khaadi, Gul Ahmed and Nishta they are all doing wonders but they never tapped that target market or that particular area or that gap which was there of the minorities of Pakistan i.e the disabled community whom we are often seen from time to time and again and again that they don’t feel comfortable and they feel outcast and they have problem wearing and moving in the normal clothes. STRATEGIES Product: We will build an website which will give a one stop solution on one platform and make it easy for a normal layman person to book or order something on their fingertips. We will be an intermediary between the disabled consumers and their desire to dress in a fashionable way that would also solve the problems that they were facing before. Our website will also include show shoot pictures of different models with the feature of 360 degree photo, just to give them the ultimate experience. As far as our product is considered, we would be providing proper apparel including shirts and pants. Every time of clothing would be solving the disability problems that were mention above. Hence we will be giving causal and formal. We would also provide them customized discounts based on their income and age. Products Cost (Rupees) Formal Shirts 700 Causal shirts 400 Causal pants 600 Formal Pants 800 Price:
  • 24. 24 We would be charging premium prices as our product is for the niche market and it is a representation of status and representation of something new and unique for the gap that was not fulfilled in the market. So we would be charging a little high prices as this is not only solving the problem for the disability but it is also providing them with fashion and style. Place: Suit number 413, Anum Blessing K.C.H.S Block-⅞ Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The rent we will be paying for this office will be Rs.35, 000 which we feel is reasonable for a place that is densely located with resources around. The area is the centre of the city and this area is known as the business hub. Promotion: To achieve our marketing objectives and our business objectives following is our promotional plan that we will execute: • Social Media: We will promote Rebirth by creating awareness on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. We mainly want to focus on making our application spread positive Word of Mouth (WOM) through bloggers and vloggers. Nowadays people heavily rely on bloggers reviews and celebrity endorsements which give them honest feedback of the product. Furthermore we’ll launch a social media campaign through the hashtag #therearemanywaystolivelife and we’ll post a social media challenges where people wearing our clothes will post a picture of themselves with this hashtag. This would empower them that they are no less and they would never be outcastand with the help of this hashtag evenwe cancalculate and measure the success of our brand • Advertisement: To persuade our target market we’ll make advertisement to be played on social media through sponsored advertisements. All the top personalities in Pakistan that have some sort of disabilities would be presented in that advertisement and they would share their success stories, as how they got their and how their disabilities never got in their way. Furthermore after that they would promote our brand, as how it helps them boost their confidence and how it was one if the factor in their success.
  • 25. 25 • Personal Selling/ Sponsorship: We are also set to appear in events to promote our application and to sponsor concerts and huge events to make our name more prominent in the eyes of the consumer. Like levis jeans have a lounge where celebrities come and sing, even we’ll open up a singing lounge by the name of “Rebirth Now” with the same concept. • Affiliations/PR activities/ OOH: We will get affiliated with different schools and colleges such as MAD school currently operating in Karachi. We will held different type of competitions especially for disabled people and we would provide scholarships and different rewards to those who would win and they would promote our brand. Further if some budget would be left, we can invest it on billboards for OOH Pre-Launch: A prelaunch as the name suggests, works as a pre-hype for the launch of a product or company. In the case of Rebirth, pre-launch activities are very important in order to inject the idea into the systems of the public as rebirth is a totally new concept and people need time to get used to of something that has never been commercially thought of. For the pre-launch of this brand, awareness sessions and seminars need to be conducted in order to firstly, enlighten people with the needs of the disable people that are very unconsciously neglected in our society. For that matter, vloggers will also be hired and guests appearances by Rebirth spokesperson can be done into the famous podcasts like that of social media influencers Junaid Akram and Shehzad Ghias Shaikh. Bulk emails will be publicly sent out using softwares like ActiveCampaign which can target a lot of people and raise the awareness about the product and trigger the emotional quotient. Cricket has always been a thriving sport in Pakistan with the most viewership amongst any sort of sports and Pakistan also tends to have a Disable Cricket Team which is not very hyped up but plays with the country badge.A disable cricket tournament/match by Rebirth canbe conducted to target the exactaudience that can turn out as the customers for the brand as well as raising awareness and investing in a good cause.

  • 27. 27 Marketing Strategy: We have no direct competition, but yet people are not aware of our brand. It is really hard to convince people, so on the initial stage we would only try to create “awareness” and try to get out product on consumers “TOM”.So the first stage would be all about making ads and throwing adson different platforms as much as we can with catchy jingles and songs so that we can create a buzz and positive WOM. Now that everyone would be aware that there is a brand with the name of rebirth in the market (maturity), now comes the stage where we have to gain consumers and stay sustainable in the long run. So our marketing tactics would change, all our ad campaign would be all about “rational” ads that what features are we offering and how we are different from others; this would create a “USP” similarly with the rational element, our ad would have an “emotional” touch and this is a very important element since it creates that “connection” with the brand. With this emotional and slice of life element people can relate to the brand and they start to own up the brand and it’s not just a brand for them. It’s a way of living. Since it is a very sensitive brand, we have to choose carefully about the advertising and the campaign that we launch since it can hurt the sentiments and emotions of the people. We have to be careful about how explicit we can go while portraying an ad, or showing their disabilities or portraying their pictures Measuring Parameters Sales Control: This would be carried out by maintaining rigorous record of sales receipt. Weekly it will be tallied with backend sales record in system. Moreover, to make sure we stay connected with customers, we would take their numbers and would send them sms wheneverour newcollections would come.Furthermore we would generate a “unique customer number” so that payment made can directly show on our system against the “customer’s number”. Then out loyal customers would get a “loyalty cards” and “discount coupons”. Furthermore this number will help us track down any irregularity occurring. Quality Control: Quality would be an element that would be strongly embedded in the culture of Rebirth and the service it will be providing to its customers as well. Quality control would be carried out by ensuring strong
  • 28. 28 communication with internal and external stakeholders for outstanding customer service. Moreover, a user friendly website will be developed to keep the essence of convenience alive in the business. This would be done by making sure that the website of Rebirth demonstrate on how customers can the website. Furthermore, our customers would be incentivize by “loyalty cards” and “discount coupons” We would have a”write your review” option on Facebook page and on the website that would be throughly checked by our team and if any inconvenience would occur so we would give them “complimentary gift” Furthermore we would have a “clients diaries” section based on their pictures wearing our dress and along with that a little empowerment message as how our clothing changed their life. This would motivate others to actually buy our product and can help us built brand loyalty. Inventory Control: The approach that we would be following in this step would be the “Just in time” (JIT) approach. This approach would be useful because this would reduce our storage cost and hence there would be no need for a warehouse or storage place. Furthermore we would never have liquidity crisis or our money would not be tied up in stocks as we would starting producing the clothes once the order have been placed and we would work on credit with our suppliers and pay them the money once our customers have paid us for their respective orders. Disbursement Control: Furthermore Rebirth will constantly convey customer feedback to ensure they improve their customer experiences and generate positive reviews. Constructive criticism will lead to an improvement in services. Besides that, to make certain that quality is consistent Gap Model will be incorporated to identify the gaps in service that Rebirth is offering. Hence, this will enable owners of this business to eradicate the bottlenecks and gaps and replace it with effective and efficient solutions. Following diagram illustrates how this gap model will work:
  • 29. 29 1. Knowledge Gap: It occurs when customer needs and expectations does not match with management definition of those needs and expectations. For example, Rebirth fails to identify customer needs and perceive them wrongly. A misunderstanding of those needs between two parties can create this gap. 2. Standards Gap: Due to misunderstanding of the needs created in first step is now translated into the plan that particular business has created to meet those needs. It includes the designs and specifications. In case of Rebirth plans on the design of app and website that is not what customers are expecting or is very hard to understand. It may become a drawback for them. 3. Delivery Gap: It is when business delivers what it has planned. The gap occurs when the quality of delivery is not up to the assigned standards. For example rebirth does not give better customer service or convenience that it has promised to its customers. 4. Internal Communication Gap: Internal communication is communication within business among partners and employees. Conflicts and disagreements tend to occur because of this.
  • 30. 30 5.PerceptionsGap: In the whole process customer may be perceiving the execution of service in a different way. But when a service provider delivers the service, it might be different from customer perceptions, which might cause perception gap. 6. Interpretation Gap: It occurs when the advertising and brand promise is promoted in a certain way. However, customers are interpreting that promise communicated to them in a different way. 7. Service Gap: Hence,in the end all above mentioned gaps lead to service gap where customer experience contradicts with customer perception. It can surely occurin Rebirth if ownersdo not identify these potential gaps. This model will be highly effective for our business, as it identifies bottlenecks at each stage of service provision. Liquidity Control: Finance Directors will be responsible for it. Cash and card based transactions will be made by customers. Microsoft Excel sheetswill be preparedand regular bookkeeping will be done to avoid any ambiguities and loopholes. Furthermore we would never have liquidity crisis or our money would not be tied up in stocks as we would starting producing the clothes once the order have been placed and we would work on credit with our suppliers and pay them the money once our customers have paid us for their respective orders. Assumptions: * For our fixed assets the depreciation method that we are using is the “Straight line method” * Our office would be on sharing basis with other businesses * The fluctuations in our expenses are due to the inflation rate stated by IMF in the future * The peon salary would be shared by every business in that office * For our sales assumptions we have shown the working below * For our cost assumptions we have shown the working below s * We have treated base year as base month according to the nature of our business * We have assumed that the rent will increase by 10% every year.
