Pilot customer - SLA & MTTR overall
Number of SR’s increased by 10% in past 17 days in comparison with first 17 days. (Total Count of Increased SR = 404)
DTDC is major contributor under MTTR deviation where 2 cases of KK Circle are having 94 hrs. resolution time and RCA was BTS IDU replaced and MW mid hop BTS Power Issue.
Another Contributor is Tata where link was flapping and in between US in media at Hyderabad Location (45 hr.).
Over all SLA for the Month of Apr’22 81% and MTTR 4:23:55.
