ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Jet Impingement cooling system June 2016
 Conducted an experimental study on the effects of nozzle geometry in jet impingement cooling system
 Gathered data which depicted a 35 – 45 % difference between the heat transfer coefficient of circular nozzle
and square nozzle, thus proving that circular nozzle is the most efficient
Friction welding of similar 4140 steels August 2015
 Investigated the suitability of 4140 steel for friction welding
 Analyzed the optimal friction welding parameters through ANOVA analysis
 Concluded and published that upset pressure is the most significant factor among the 2 parameters varied
during experimentation and plays a key role while performing friction welding on 4140 steels
Design and Fabrication of self levelling spring palletizer July 2015
 Developed a Spring Palletizer to reduce unwanted worker movements during palletizing operation
 Proposed an increase in worker efficiency up to 75% by implementing the palletizer design
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Daimler India Commercial Vehicles. Ltd June 2014
Internship
 Collected work flow data for the implementation of E-Kanban in the manufacturing plant after thorough
analysis of the workings of the plant and its supply chain
 Created an action plan based on the collected data for implementation of the E-Kanban system and further
incline the plant towards Just in Time manufacturing
