Trinity College of Engineering held an induction program called "Meet the CEO" on August 11th, 2018 in their college auditorium. The Principal, CEO of Pace Hitech, and Chairman of Beta Group interacted with 114 first year students. The CEO encouraged students to work freelance and form teams in college to lay the foundation for future companies. Later, IEDC student executives participated in a one week business challenge. Additionally, professors conducted an ideation workshop for students as part of the induction program.

Trinity conducted an IEDC program ‘M eet the CEO’ in our college auditorium on 1 1 th August 201 8. Our
Principal Dr.Arun Surendran , CEO of Pace Hitech Ms.Geethu Sivakumar and Chairman of Beta G roup
Mr. Rajmohan Pillai had an interaction with our students. Geethu started her career as a student entre­
preneur from Barton Hill College of Engineering. She encouraged students to work freelance and form
teams in college itself aiming tow ards future companies. 1 14 students attended the interactive session, the
program is mainly focused on first year students. IEDC Student Executives were given a one week business
challenge at the end of the program .
