 Joined as a technician in transmission department during May 2011, eventually to be
promoted as Charge in Hand of transmission dept by December 2011 and then to Service
Training Instructor.
 Technical skills combined with hands on experience, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable
attitude to ever changing environments.
 Mapping out technical requirements for every technician according to the competency level
and providing training accordingly to minimize the skill gap.
 Preparing database for keeping training records, easy monitoring and evaluating technician’s
technical development.
 Caterpillar certified trainer for courses like “Preventive Maintenance, CAT Paver AP650,
CAT Wheel loader 938K”, held at various locations like Spain and Dubai.

the payment is received.
 Voluntarily involved and successfully changed TA1 & TA2 technical reports forms which
were followed in all branches of Al-Bahar since 1998.

CAD Trainer
CADD CENTRE is one among the prestigious institutes in India with branches spread across the
country, which educates students on the designing software on a corporate scale.
I joined in CADD CENTRE as a part time employee. My timing was more towards the evening
from 1800 hrs till 2200 hrs to educate and train participants on mechanical courses.
My responsibilities were as follows:
 Responsible for all Mechanical Courses in fields
o 2D drawing : AutoCad
o 3D modeling: AutoCad, Pro-e, SolidWorks, Catia
o Analysis : ANSYS
 Mapping the participants, and guiding them with the selection of the courses.

3. GANGOTREEPUMPS (May2010-April 2011)
Design Engineer
Gangotree pumps deals with small .25hp to 2hp domestic pumps. Pumps include all major types
of domestic pumps like
 Impeller type Pumps
 Centrifugal Pumps
 Super Suction Pumps
 Bore Pumps
I was selected in Gangotree Pumps as a Design Engineer to constantly improve the efficiency of
the impeller model pumps by changing the impeller and housing design.
Apart from the designated job, I also volunteered in designing and materializing pneumatic lines
across the complete floor shop for the application of the pneumatic powered power tools.
