“motivate their
people”
This is the problem
You cannot
motivate people
Constantly trying to BUT, you can set an
example and create an
environment where they
will motivate themselves

necessary,
then what is possible,
and suddenly you are doing
the impossible.”

inspired by some
great purpose
All your thoughtsbreak
their bounds

limitations,
Your consciousness
expands, and
Youfind yourself in a new
great, wonderful world

Asking the right questions
At the right time
Remembering what is important
28. Adult Learning

Taking charge of your own learning is taking

you don’t
know that

It will not matter what kind of car I drive,
What kind of house I lived in,
How much money I have, nor
What kind of clothes I wear.
But the world may be a little better,
Because I was important in a life of child
