16. Terms & conditions
•Redmond Private Ltd. Entitles the customer for 2 nights & 3 Days hotel accommodation at the mentioned destination for two adults and two children under the age of 8 years sharing the
same room without the extra bed.
•All the customers who redeem the holiday voucher by sending all required documents must be valid customer of Redmond Private Ltd.
•This offer doesn’t include the following courier cost, travel, transportation, food, incidentals, applicable taxes ( on other charges excluding of package), additional accommodation and
other facilities offer by the hotels that may be avail by customers during their stay. Document required: 1. duly filled booking request form in original.
2. Photo identity proof of the traveler (E.G. copy of driving license etc)
3. Photo copy of invoice / payment receipt (Purchase proof)
•A minimum of 30 days notice before the first preferred date of travel is required, from the date of receipt of the booking request by redemption sale.
•Request to avail the holiday must reach us on or before thirty days from the date of journey and hotel stay must be avail on or before scheduled date.
•The claim / booking request form cannot be sold, redeem for cash, gifted or transferred. There is no cash alternative for this offer. All reservation is strictly subject to promotional
availability. Request for reservation in exclusion period as mentioned below will not be entertained. Hill station and pilgrims- 1st January to 31th January, 20th December to 5th January,
deserts, beaches, national parks and International destination 1st December to 20th January.
•In the booking request from the eligible customers must state three different destination and with journey with departure date. Redmond will use reasonable and endeavors to book you
in any available combination and / or sequence. Booking request forms not meeting these criteria are liable to be rejected and cannot be reprocessed. In this unlikely event of none of the
combination / sequence being available Redmond shall offer alternate destination or date at their absolute discretion which may be before or after the preferred dates opted by the
customer. Such an alternative offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to the customer.
•If your booking is within the period of 20 to 30 days then your booking will be confirmed within 7 days of received of your voucher and you will be intimated about the destination booked
and if the booking is for the later period then you will received the confirmation 7 days prior to the check in date via sms / email and in both you will be provided the hotel name three days
prior to the check in date.
•In the event of non availabilities of room at the listed hotel accommodation shall be provided in Hotel of similar standard.
•An incomplete reservation form received without required supporting document or reservation form received by email, fax or phone shall be liable to rejection and cannot be
reprocessed.
•Redmond reserves the right to refuse to redeem the booking request form if submitted by person other than the customer of Redmond Private Ltd. All booking request form shall be
treated and processed as individual request. Booking request form cannot be used/ clubbed together in any manner. To or more booking request on same name cannot be clubbed in any
manner.
•No cancellation or amendment is possible after confirmation of booking. In the event of customer not availing the accommodation against the conform booking no replacement or
alternate reservation shall be offered
•The use of the confirmation letter is subject to the rules & regulations of the hotels to maintain decorum. The use of the confirmation letter by the customer shall be deemed as an
acceptance to the rules & regulations of the hotels.
•Redmond Private Ltd. Reserves the right to extend , cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change , alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including but not limited to the
eligibility criteria or hotel list and destination at its sole discretion any time during its validity as may be required and the same shall be binding on the customer
• Any dispute, controversies and conflicts arising out of this offer shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to the appointed by Redmond Private Ltd.
•Any dispute arises is subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
•The provision of holiday package is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
•Redmond is solely responsible for scheme coordination according to the terms & conditions mentioned above. For all the other transactions, dealing with Redmond Private Ltd, Please
contact Company Head office at Sodepur Kolkata.
•After confirmation of booking if the booking is cancelled due to natural calamities or any other dispute arises at the booked destination then Redmond will not be responsible for such
act.
