• 労働力：ハルプは人口約6000人の都市型集落
• 工場概要
• 民間会社：ガス会社（ノヴァテック）と自治管区の資金による建設
• 魚（4種；淡水魚）：チョウザメの稚魚，ウスリーシロザケ3種
• ノヴァテックによる「補償」：再生産（資源回復）が目的で，販売が目的ではない
• 屋内設備：ノルウェーの技術；ロシア最大規模
• 14億ルーブル（28億円）の投資
• 昨年建設開始，年内に完成，来年生産開始

⑤ 先住民との共生 人口比： ネネツ人 5.9% ハンティ人 1.9%
液化天然ガス開発の進むヤマル半島では、全人口
の3分の2が先住民、そのうち約半数がトナカイ遊牧
を営む
• 一家族あたり数百～数千頭のトナカイを遊牧
• トナカイのえさとなる植物（夏は草や若木の芽、冬
はトナカイ苔）を求めて、季節ごとに移動（大距離の
場合は1000 ㎞ 以上）
