   My main area of focus is the team
   Most of the time the issues are predominantly behind the sales
   call: Either the guys responsible for making those calls aren’t
   comfortable with picking the phone up and actually making the
   calls, they maybe don’t handle rejection too well. Maybe they
   feel they don’t know enough about what the rest of the
   company does to hold a conversation with prospects on the
   end of the phone. Possibly they feel the role is beneath them
   and usually they can quite easily find something else to do with
   their time.
   In any case: The calls aren’t being made!! If those calls aren’t
   being made then your sales team are unlikely to be sat in front
   of your prospects at any point soon and if that happens
   well, it’s simple...

   You go out of business!
Outbound Telemarketing

    appropriately with any requests for further information.
•   We will obtain any information that you need, cleanse existing
    data, identify any gaps within your requirements and feed all captured
    data into a new or existing database.

Pipeline Management
    Within every organisation the sales cycle varies and unless you start by
    making the effort to understand the intricacies of your sales cycle a
    pipeline is virtually unmanageable. Throughout a project we will be
    mapping out your prospects sales cycle, with each stage of the process
    we will be highlighting the actions that have been identified and with
    careful management and nurturing of your prospects, the result will be
    a real, honest and genuine pipeline of opportunities.

    This service encompasses everything from devising your company’s
    marketing plan and setting up a day-to-day marketing
    function, through to ‘making it happen’ , project delivery and
    measuring the results.
    Your prospects don’t want to hear you say, “Let me educate you!” We
    don’t want to educate you. We want to be able to ease some of the
    pressure you might be experiencing due to not reaching your target
    audience. Louise is able to offer her services to you on an ad-hoc
    basis, maybe an interim period whilst you are recruiting, possibly
    maternity cover or more importantly if you have no marketing
    structure within your business at all and your competitors are steaming
