5. OUR STORY
In 2017 I was in a Facebook Group run by an Expat Website,
their group is I believe around 15 years old now and their
website has been around for more than 20 years. Donald Trump
had just be elected as President in the USA and as a Scot living
in Italy I was rather weary of this man being discussed
everywhere. If I am in a group called Expats in Italy then I am
expecting to discuss Italy and not see people arguing about U.S.
politics on a daily basis. So I wrote to the admins and also the
company that runs that group asking them do something about
it, I did point out If a lot of Japanese were arguing about their
premier in a group called Expats in Italy it would be absurd and
so please remove the constant stream of U.S. political
arguments.
I think it is important to understand how we got to the point we
are at now to appreciate the expansion of AnyExpat to date.

6. OUR STORY
So clearly, I took them at their word and did just that. A
single group was started with the identical name and its aim
was simply to allow people to avoid political discussions not
relevant to the country and also cultivate a healthier
interaction between members. Rules were established and
strictly enforced. This group was nothing more than a group
for years, but having introduced this group as a way anyone
could start a business for free and make money to people
looking to earn online, I eventually decided having explained
the processes that I should actually do this myself. (Amongst
other things I have done previously was organise a golf event
that was held in 388 cites in 49 countries worldwide and had
4 Billionaire partners involved.
A dummy site was thrown up and the first functional site
was created in March 2020. This site was then Rebuilt at the
start of 2022.

• FINANCIAL AFFAIRS, you need to review your finances and
ongoing finances

• These people as you can see sign up to run a country for us, which means growing Facebook
Groups and some other tasks.
• Our groups for all countries include a low cost property group and rental group, these grow
quickly and are easy to manage, most importantly….
• We ask new members if they want to receive emails from AnyExpats partners

10. Each day an employee goes into the groups, takes the emails and
sends a welcome message to those people straight away. In addition
the new members are tagged 100% of the time and linked to
appropriate companies.
Within the groups all companies are FEATURED and all Blog articles
are pinned. So new waves of people find the articles and profiles daily.
I do not believe in directory websites at all, I know many expat sites
have the top 10 lawyers in XYZ country for example, or 30 realtors in a
list, if you pay for that you are paying to be on a list, you are not
special and not many people looking for a realtor in Portugal lets say
decide to (Rather than Google) visit an expat site, go to the country
and find al list of companies. Noting that none are special relative to
the others and they are simply logos and names in a list, to me that is
what Google is for. Our partnerships are exactly that, you will be
established as the go to company in a multitude of ways all focusing
on how can we those of our audience who should become clients to
get in touch RIGHT NOW.

13. 4. WEBINARS, we have built at
https://anyexpat.com/webinars a searchable webinars page to
allow people to quickly be introduced in video format (Real
and Cartoon) to your service!
• Webinar recordings to be 90 seconds long, the first intro is you
talking to camera, then your audio will be overlaid with cartoon
styling to allow the more efficient transmission of information
• Webinars require, name, email and phone number to access
then play automatically
• On completion they divert to a page that allows users to make
contact with all presenters from a single form.
• Webinar sign up pages are purposefully all on their own URLS
to allow anyexpat to promote the pages directly to audiences
in Google and FB who may not be in our groups.

14. 5. WEBFORMS, affiliate system usually require a checkout in
order to function but we have built a dynamic web form
generator to revenue share with bloggers shortly we will
• Reach out to the top 1000 travel Bloggers on the planet (We
have a list) as they write articles they will integrate your
business form and it will send leads to you and into the crm as
normal
6. FACEBOOK GROUPS, you are invited to become
moderators in our groups (For the relevant country) this
allows you some advantages
• You can have keyword alerts set up, so you get notifications
as normal in Facebook except it is to someone saying for
example Lawyer in Paris
• You can then lock threads as a moderator this prevents your
rivals from coming out and posting their info
• You can remove previous posts from rivals, post your own
profile link and lock the thread.

15. COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
We are not trying to sell memberships, promote cafes, list every country
in the world, run a time consuming forum or host thousands of events a
year, unlike many of the market leaders who have evolved over time and
seemingly just bolted on anything they can think of as tech evolves and
there seems to be more opportunity our aim is clear, that is to help as
many people as possible save, time money effort and stress in achieving
their new life by efficiently introducing them to LEGAL, Financial and
property services that can help them. Everything we do on the site, or in
the groups is with this in mind. We are not trying to do everything and
clearly these 3 areas pay well, meaning that we can offer our users
• FREE EVENTS, a self-service form linked to Eventbrite has been set up
so that anyone can create and host an event, we will assist by posting it
to our audience extending reach, goodwill but without the overheads

• ARTISAN STORES, a self-service wizard allows anyone to set up their
own store in our store to reach our audience, this allows people to drive
traffic to anyexpat and of course we earn from this.

16. NON-CORE SERVICE PROVIDERS
If you are an English teacher, language school or any business that is of interest to our audience we have a great
deal for you that allows you blog access for 36 months for a single payment.

17. SUMMARY
We focus on the major elements comprehensively allowing you to find customers with consistency and establish a
reputation over time. All deals are for 36 months minimum term with a single low set-up fee and standard referral %
fees also. Our network will shortly produce way more content than any other (You write for us as part of our deal)
and generate WAY more leads than any other (Our processes are not just a list but a comprehensive approach to
