Concentrix (IBM
Daksh)
• Took over PS production support from a large SI in 2007.
• Production Support & Enhancement of PS HCM & Financials.
• Upgraded PS HCM Instance from 8.81 to 9.1 in 2010.
• Involved in Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Currently supporting PS HCM, Fusion & Taleo.
UST
• Implemented Travel & expenses module. Expense polices were different across Geographies and
was challenging.
• We were also responsible for end-user training and go-live support
• Part of production support team. Customer have implemented GL, AM, AP, Purchasing &
Inventory management.
Intertek – HCM
• Implemented PS HCM 9.1; modules covered were core HR, Talent Management, T&L, Benefits for
US & Canada.
• PS HCM 9.1 was Implemented using Hybrid model to be cost effective.
• US implementation was done within 4 months and Canada roll-out in 2 months
• Currently in Production support & being executed from offshore.

• Implemented PeopleSoft 9.2 with Unicode for CAT Japan & Brazil including configuration, Payroll
interface & Third party application integration.
• ETL Design and Retrofit for PeopleSoft 9.2 (All Country extensions), Data warehouse & Cognos
reporting.
MphasiS
• Heavily customized PS HCM 9.0 (HR Core) & 9.1 (Recruitment, Performance & Absence - CEs)
• Internal & vendor teams faced challenges to stabilize the environment
• Deployed 2 teams to handle production support, Change requests (CRs).
