• I deal with the public directly and have suggested ways to improve the customer journey and
manage the Claimants expectations.
• I deal with and set up claims relating to employment liability, public liability and property damage.
• In my defendant legal role I also repudiate claims on behalf of the Council where liability is
denied.
• I deal with personal injury portal claims and refer to JSB guidelines to set appropriate reserves so
