2. April 1st All Fools day is it…
On the other hand, it is a new beginning for most of us. Yes it is a New Year’s Day.
The whole world celebrates the New Year’s Day on Jan 1st as per the internationally accepted Georgian
Calendar. The Businesses and organizations we work begin their new fiscal year or budget year on 1st
April.
All Fools day and beginning of new fiscal year falls on the same day.
No! I’m not trying to say that one you’re thinking now.
Let’s try to play some real good pranks and hoax to have some fun-at-
work while we begin a new fiscal year beginning on an All fools day…
Huh! Now, there is a connection, I’m saved 

3. There can’t be a new year without resolutions; though it is a fiscal year
beginning, you will not be spared from making a resolution.
Worst side of it is, your resolution should be achievable through a
systematic process of change that allows continuous periodic monitoring
using informative dashboards showing progress that are analysed and
measured using a 10 point scale.Ah ha ha….

The resolution we make in two words on the new year don’t survive
more than two days and sometime not more than 2 hours too..

4. Having known that and being the one trying to wake up before 6am for past
several years, I shouldn’t be suggesting anything on making a resolution.
While you accept that waking up after 6 in the morning is not such a bad
thing, now I have something you should try. A 12/30 model for happy
living, where 12 indicates the number of months till the next fiscal year
and 30 is the number of days in month..As usual, these numbers have nothing to do with the happiness...

5. Start early by 30 minutes, from the time you currently leave home to office
every 30 days in a month. Switch off your car engine, if the traffic signal count
down is more than 30 seconds, you can’t help if it’s a public transport and
don’t try to change them as you already know change is difficult.If you’re travelling more than 30 Kms for a day to office from your home,
it’s better you shift to a new home or new office nearby and I shouldn’t
be blamed, because it is your decision.
So now your travel time to and fro your office will be around 30
minutes, Listen to music or read a good book on your journey to your
office and back, no newspaper please! it might shoot up your BP and I
can only warn you.

6. You will be in office early by 30 mins or less, what should you do coming to
office so early? Too much isn’t it… like we have accepted two calendars in life,
and feel that a well begun thing is half done...
Use this time to inform people at home that you have reached safely, they will have a list
of to dos for you, hear them out no choice, you can get your work station organized, list
down your priorities of the day, enjoy a large mug of coffee in peace, pay your bills that
you never used to pay on time, book tickets for a movie, plan a holiday and so on..I’m sure in this 30 mins you will have almost everything of your family
and personal tasks done and you will be ready to get grilled for next 9
hours. As the day progress, it is inevitable to go chaotic between
strategies, brand values, goals, dead-lines, reports, productivity and
million more of it.

7. You need to really make a resolution here that you will not spend more than
30 secs to find information about your business to design a strategy or
increase your organizations value.
Is it possible? Yes definitely! but for the solutions you should write to me
separately as it is a secret.

on-time. I can’t suggest your HR to allow you 30 minutes early as you
arrived early and that’s up to your skill. But, you enjoy the 30 minutes
travel back to your home listening to music or reading a favourite

8. After you arrive home, you may have to wait for your coffee more than 30
minutes but no one can do anything with that and you have to be patient all
30 days and 12 months of the year..
So, You will agree to12/30 model for happiness..
There are 12 30s in the model… That’s it. Simple isn’t it.
