Antea Group has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. The Top Workplaces program recognizes the most progressive companies in the state based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included survey responses from over 73,000 employees from over 1,500 Minnesota public, private and non-profit organizations. “We strive to cultivate a great workplace that reinforces employee value through meaningful work, a culture of empowerment and respect, and a world of opportunity,” says Rosanna Ouellette-Pesicka, Chief People Officer for Antea Group USA. “It’s an honor to be included in this list, especially since our employees put us there.” Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.” The Star Tribune Top Workplaces survey results are collected and compiled by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. A special Top Workplace edition of the Star Tribune can be found here http://strib.mn/28N0Wll.
