success in deal closure, M&A and restructuring situations.
• M&A and post-merger Integration of two mid size CROs with successful sale, and record financials.
• Established and restructured 100+ staff R&D centre for European pharma in India. Executive council member for top
50 pharma global R&D restructuring post M&A.
• Designed and build competitive global clinical organization for top 50 pharma, responsible for 300 millUSD budget
and 450 staff. Implemented benchmarking and performance improvement programs, more than doubling efficiency.
• Dr. Hajos has a substantial network into C-level executives in Europe, US and India in pharma, biotech and service
providers.
• Total of 25 years experience, 10 years each as CEO and in pharma. Previous companies: Merckle/Ratiopharm,
Omnicare Clinical Research (CRO), Altana Pharma AG/ Nycomed, Ecron Acunova (CRO), Nuvisan/Linical.
